Wonderful quiet location. Lovely food. Chathu could not have been more helpful.

Friendly staff, good food, good value for money

Not spotless

Awesome stay. Quiet and really comfortable rooms. Food was fantastic but the service from Chathu was even better.

The location is just perfect, peaceful and calm, still just next to the center and also not fare to the attractions. The house and the rooms are beautiful and very comfortable and clean. AC workes well, warm water (although in my opinion not necessary) too. They even have a restaurant with good food. Also you can rent bicycles. And the staff was really polite, nice, very reliable and helpful!! If you are looking for an authentic, beautiful middle price accommodation without fancy stuff like pools and so, it's definitely a great choice. And it's really a blessing to rest and eat and drink tea there, after a full day of sightseeing :)

We had a wonderful time at Little paradise the facilities are very good with comfortable rooms. The location is excellent close to town. The restaurant is excellent. The staff were friendly and very helpful and it made our stay. A real joy. I would not hesitate in recommending this guest House.

The Hotel is located in a quieter part of Anuradhapura, which suited us perfectly to get away from the hustle and bustle. There are a number of shops and restaurants just a 5 min walk away too. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They helped arrange Tuk Tuk’s to the local sites and gave recommendations for what to see. On one of the Tuk Tuk journeys the driver took us to other local attractions on the way, which was fantastic, as we would not have seen these otherwise. We ate Breakfast and Dinner here. The breakfast was delicious, and included Fruit, Toast & Jam, Sambal, Egg, and Tea / Coffee. The dinner was also lovely. We had the vegetarian option and the Aubergine and Potatoes were sublime. We would really recommend this Hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. The rooms were clean and tidy. The food was amazing.

I genuinely recommend this place. The room was spotless, and the whole place is beautiful, clean, and well organized. It has a lovely garden and is located right in front of a plaza, which gives it such a calm and peaceful vibe, it truly feels like a little paradise. I especially want to highlight the staff. The three people working there were incredibly kind and attentive, always offering great service. Especially Chathu, who speaks English and communicated with us, he’s an excellent host: warm, professional, and always helpful. The food was also a highlight. We had breakfast all three days we stayed and it was delicious, but the absolute winner was the rice and curry, the best we’ve had in all of Sri Lanka! We highly recommend it both as a place to stay and as a restaurant. We leave very grateful for the experience and the warm hospitality.

Friendly and helpful staff, nice high ceilings, mosquito net over all the beds. Good breakfast, especially the Sri Lankan breakfast we had on the last day! We love string hoppers 😍 Very close to town in a tuk tuk. They do a good Sri Lankan rice and curry too. Helpfully organised a massage for us. Baby was happy here. Was nice to have the mosquito net over the bed so we felt safe and relaxed in the evening with the baby.

There was only one plug socket in the whole room. Probably too far to walk to the ancient city from there, but they have bikes you can use to cycle around with.

We had a completely wonderful time here. Our room was exceptionally comfortable (soft lighting, plugs and shelfs by both sides of the bed) with a soft mattress and everything we needed. Very very clean and well maintained. The most well looked after room we've stayed in in Sri Lanka. Our balcony overlooked the nature filled front garden and green if front of the property, and we enjoyed watching the birds and chipmunks. What really sets this place apart is the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the food. We were welcomed like family and enjoyed many nice conversations with the staff in the restaurant and hotel who looked after us extremely well. They recommended us an excellent tuktuk driver (Lalit) who worked with an excellent tour guide (Chamal) who both made our experiences at the ancient city and Mihintale perfect. We looked forward to our breakfast and dinner every day, and sharing one rice and curry between two was always enough for us. I would recommend this place to everyone. We left feeling like we had connected with Sri Lanka in a way we had previously not been able to. We will look back on it fondly as a highlight of our trip.

Lovely homestay in Anuradhapura! Particular thanks to Danu who was so friendly and helpful. Delicious food, clean rooms with A/C and a lovely garden to relax in. We got a free breakfast for new years day and they helped us organise a great tour of the temples in Anuradhapura.
