Any differences experienced may have been related to bank charges beyond our control. We regret that this caused inconvenience. 2. **WiFi and hot water**: During your stay, we did inform you about the temporary WiFi disruption due to severe weather conditions in Sri Lanka. Additionally, the issue with hot water and water pressure was due to the specific switch not being turned on, despite our instructions. We sincerely apologize if this caused confusion. 3. **Breakfast quality**: We serve the same breakfast options to all our guests. We’re sorry it did not meet your expectations. We will review this matter further. 4. **Noise and insulation**: We recommended keeping balcony doors closed to minimize external noise, especially since we’re located near the airport.
