Food service was extremely slow. One hour wait for simple eggs. I understand everything is made from scratch but kitchen time can be faster.

The staff especially Malik was so helpful. The guards at night super friendly. It was like home away from home. Impeccable views facing Ahangama beach. There are three very friendly dogs on the property.

Very clean facilities and extremely attentive staff - they go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable. As there was some construction going on at the property, they contacted me ahead of time to let me know and even gave me a complimentary upgrade, that kind of proactive attitude is always appreciated. They are true to who they are and how they present themselves online, a lovely place with an amazing view.

The lighthouse: our happy place.. We liked it so much we canceled another bookin just to come back and finish our holidays at the lighthouse.. that actually says it all :).. Every single one here, from the gardener, to the portier, to the cleaning personal, the service, the kooks, the manager, the cat and dogs and even the owner are super nice and chill.. one feels very welcome.. cool beachfront garden with shade and style.. great clean rooms all with seaview and style.. great rooftop bar/restaurant for a sundowner or dinner.. great surfspot right in front of the hotel.. great food (treveller ceviche was my personal favorite).. furniture and everything else very stylish but still very relaxed, nothing left to chance, great love for detail.. super easy 10/10 stars.. Thank you for having us.. we will definetly come back :))..

Lighthouse is situated right on the water's edge with incredible views and a number of surf options either right out front or within a short walking distance. They were incredibly accommodating and kind with us and we'd highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a sea view, perfect sunset spot and very cool people (and doggos and kitties) to meet and hang out with.

Lovely stay at the Lighthouse. Rooms are clean and comfy, minimalist decor. Staff is super nice and smiley, lovely vibes. And the view from the room and the garden is to die for. Not to forget the super friendly house mascotas. I also recommend you book a massage with them, they have great massage therapists.

As a hotel it’s perfect, but it does sometimes feel like a shared experience with the rooftop. Music goes off at 10, but often still a fair amount of noise until 11. We had multiple times people come and sit on the seats outside the room whilst we were going to sleep, so doesn’t feel completely private. A fridge and toiletries would be good to provide too. AC was not the most powerful

The property is incredible, the best place to watch sunset on the south coast. Simple, but beautifully done, this place is great for surfers, you can jump off the beach straight into the waves for sunrise.

Everything about the property was excellent. The staff are very friendly and nice, provide an excellent service. Food and drinks are exceptionally good. the hotel itself is very clean and well maintained. Sunset views from the rooftop terrace bar/restaurant are a must experience. Will deffo visit again.

Pay attention to the exchange rate the hotel claims that they have to add. Sums up to 15% more than we booked it for!! Reading the reviews it seems that this is something the hotel does on regular basis, we didn't encounter this issue in any other hotel we stayed in.
