We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Our apartment with 2 interconnected rooms was upgraded to apartment with 2 separated rooms and kitchen absolutely free. It was important for us, because we have to cook for kids.

United Arab EmiratesIt’s 30 seconds away from sea. At one point we decided to remove our flip flop at all and walk barefoot. You can’t hear any noice from Main Street or restaurants near by, but there is coastguard academy right behind the building and they have some sort of siren that you might hear, but for us it wasn’t an issue at all. Room has ac and fan. Good beds, balcony and amenities. It would be nice to have an extra towel for face, but again it’s not an issue. Overall we had an amazing experience for great value. But hidden gem of this place is a man who’s taking care of his guests: he welcomed us like a father. He cleaned the room and cooked for us nice breakfast. Gave us all instructions and was very attentive (when it was raining he prepared an umbrella, when at evening we locked the room and weren’t able to open it we called him and within a second he was already at the door, he also provided welcome drink). He is truly a heart of this hotel. I wish him and this place many good customers. Thank you

United KingdomThis is the second year we’ve stayed at the Lemazone Inn. Ramani and all the wonderful staff made us very welcome. The room was lovely and spacious with air conditioning and a ceiling fan, kettle with tea and coffee facilities we got fresh bottles of water everyday and a hairdryer. Kusum made us a lovely breakfast every day which was usually fruit eggs toast and sometimes pancakes. The room was cleaned every day with fresh towels. Only 2 minute walk to Mirissa beach We had a wonderful 2 weeks stay.

It was our first visit to Lemazone Inn but we were traveling with friends who had stayed before. Our accommodation was on the first floor, it was spacious and the bed was comfortable, good air conditioning, small fridge, fresh bottled water daily and tea/ coffee making facilities. The bathroom had a large shower, hair dryer, toiletries and daily clean towels. There was a good sized balcony area with furniture and a drying rack. The staff all worked hard to keep everything clean and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was a good selection of fresh fruit, toast, jam, fruit smoothie, tea and coffee. A variety of eggs cooked as requested, ham, cheese, sausage, pancakes, waffles or roti was also served. Ramani was a very welcoming hostess, nothing was too much trouble and her right hand lady Kusum catered to all of our needs wonderfully, and I have to mention the two young lads that were there to help at every opportunity.

GermanyWe agreed to change the room once, during our stay and the first room was a pretty good one. The second room we got was comparably old, lacked a few things and was a bit disappointing.
The location is really great. Just a minute away from the beach. Many restaurants and cafés nearby. The breakfast was good, fresh fruits and some other options to choose from.
