Leisure Mount View offered a comfortable stay with truly spectacular mountain views, especially stunning at sunrise. The staff were friendly and attentive, contributing positively to our experience. Overall, it was good value for enjoying Haputale's scenery in a peaceful setting.

Great hotel with amazing view on tea plantations. Rooms are comfy, large beds. The food at the restaurant is good and the staff nice. Very good plan to get away from the noisy main road.

Leisure Mount View really does have the best views on the tea plantations, especially from the room on top that we could enjoy on our two last nights. The people are lovely, the food is home grown and delicious. We really enjoyed our stay.

Stunning views and right on the Pekoe trail. Fab buffet food. A bit more expensive than other places we stayed but well worth it for the luxury and the view.. Roof terrace has 360 degree view.

Compared to other hotels we had in Sri Lanka this one felt a little impersonal.. it was so clean and polished which is a good thing, but it made it a bit... Bland? A matter of personal Taste I guess. The staff were very friendly but a bit passive.

The view is amazing, the hotel is really clean, the room is spacious, good breakfast, great location!

For 2nd day of our honeymoon tour We choose & stayed at leisure mount view for just 1 day and had an exceptional experience. The view from both the room and the restaurant was absolutely breathtaking, offering a serene and picturesque setting. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. The property also provides convenient car parking, which made our trip hassle-free. The staff, including the owner(Mr hashan), were incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming, adding a personal touch to our stay. Overall, leisure mount view is a perfect getaway for anyone seeking tranquility, excellent service, and stunning views. We thoroughly enjoyed our honeymoon and highly recommend it to anyone visiting haputale. We found our stay here very relaxing with incredible views of the moumtain and surrounding tea plantations. The beds were comfortable and room was very clean on arrival. We decided to stay in for dinner and breakfast here and the food was delicious with big portions. We were offered complimentary curd for dessert and the owner gifted us incense upon check out. Great family running this business, highly recommend this stay for a relaxing get away in Sri lanka.

The room was very noisy and the curtains didn’t really block out any light so we didn’t sleep that well. I think if they replaced the windows it would make a huge difference with noise reduction. The hotel was really lovely apart from this though so we’d still stay again.

The lovely and accommodating family made this stay a standout. We were invited into their home with a welcome tea and treats on arrival to celebrate the Sinhalese New Year. The dinner cooked for us was delicious and as we had eaten a late lunch we were unable to eat it all but the family offered to pack it in take away containers and reheated it for us to eat the next day on the train to Kandy. The rooms were clean comfortable and spacious. The anticipated view was partially obscured by the mist but it was the hosts hospitality that made the lasting impression.

The view from this hotel is simply the best you'll find in Haputale – absolutely stunning. Our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and we were very impressed with the quality of both breakfast and dinner. Beyond the excellent amenities, we were particularly touched by the owner's initiative to employ and support local single mothers and young individuals without access to further education. It's wonderful to see a business actively giving back to the community and makes this a place we wholeheartedly recommend.

The bathroom needed a new shower and the water flow was not good. And the bathroom could easily have a curtain to prevent water splashing everywhere which kept happening.

The view is impeccable! The room was also a good size and bed was comfortable.
