The view from both the room and the restaurant was absolutely breathtaking, offering a serene and picturesque setting. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. The property also provides convenient car parking, which made our trip hassle-free. The staff, including the owner(Mr hashan), were incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming, adding a personal touch to our stay. Overall, leisure mount view is a perfect getaway for anyone seeking tranquility, excellent service, and stunning views. We thoroughly enjoyed our honeymoon and highly recommend it to anyone visiting haputale. We decided to stay in for dinner and breakfast here and the food was delicious with big portions. We were offered complimentary curd for dessert and the owner gifted us incense upon check out. Great family running this business, highly recommend this stay for a relaxing get away in Sri lanka.

Sri LankaThe room was very noisy and the curtains didn’t really block out any light so we didn’t sleep that well. I think if they replaced the windows it would make a huge difference with noise reduction. The hotel was really lovely apart from this though so we’d still stay again.

AustraliaThe lovely and accommodating family made this stay a standout. We were invited into their home with a welcome tea and treats on arrival to celebrate the Sinhalese New Year. The dinner cooked for us was delicious and as we had eaten a late lunch we were unable to eat it all but the family offered to pack it in take away containers and reheated it for us to eat the next day on the train to Kandy. The rooms were clean comfortable and spacious. The anticipated view was partially obscured by the mist but it was the hosts hospitality that made the lasting impression.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and we were very impressed with the quality of both breakfast and dinner. Beyond the excellent amenities, we were particularly touched by the owner's initiative to employ and support local single mothers and young individuals without access to further education. It's wonderful to see a business actively giving back to the community and makes this a place we wholeheartedly recommend.
