We had a fantastic stay at La Safari Inn! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Most of all, the warm hospitality of the hosts made us feel completely at home. The young man beding the counter (forgot his name unfortunately) did everything to make our stay extra enjoyable. He also sat with us and gave us golden tips for our next destinations. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!

We had a very nice stay at La Safari Inn. The host family is very nice and helpful. When I had a sunstroke one day, they made me a delicious tea straight away to help with the discomfort. The family is very attentive and we can definitely recommend the accommodation!

Amazing Safari Experience and Comfortable Stay! We had a fantastic stay at La Safari Inn! The accommodation was clean, peaceful, and perfectly located for visiting Yala National Park. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. We booked a safari through them, and it was one of the highlights of our trip! The driver was very experienced and did his best to show us as many animals as possible — we were lucky to see elephants, crocodiles, many birds, and even a leopard! What really made the difference was the personal care and attention we received. From the early morning breakfast before the safari to the relaxing atmosphere at the inn afterwards, everything was well-organized and thoughtful. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Yala! We would definitely stay here again.

Is only about the "safari", I feel like if we book this tour with them we should have a better quality of tour compared to getyourguide or tripadvisor, regarding the food. The tour was good like any other tour, but the lunch was minimal... No fresh water when we eat, no meat or fish. juste potatoes, carrot and rice in a Tupperware. I will recommend to improve the lunch a little bit more. Otherwise the rest was perfect :)

The room was spacious and clean, the hostel is very welcoming and very nice staff. Perfect location is you need to do the safari because you will need to rest and that very calm. They also have a restaurant, and the pick you up from the bus station + really responsive by whatsapp for any information.

Noisy bar-style fridge in room had glass door & bright light. Impossible to sleep with it on. Bedding was a bit of a mish mash, didn’t impact but could have look much nicer.

Good location. Room was spacious with aircon & bathroom. Bed had mosquito net to stop any nasties. Deer were sleeping next to the property. Staff were lovely & helpful, they booked our safari & kindly provided a packed lunch when the safari didn’t provide a vegan breakfast option.

The staff at the hotel are so so kind and very well versed in getting you on your safari in Yala. The tour company they use are absolutely phenomenal. We got so lucky with our guide. He really cared about our experience and asked us at the outset whether we wanted to spend the time trying to find leopards or to take things a bit more slowly. We opted for the latter but he still clearly had a great network with great intel and we managed to be amongst the first of the people in the park to see two!!! leopards. We also saw pretty much every other animal you could wish to see at Yala. One of the best days of my life and an amazing experience.

We had to “check out” of our room at 4.30am because we were going on safari that they booked for us and would be arriving back after the check-out time. Safari was fun but the driver we had didn’t really engage much with us.

Lovely hosts, very helpful to arrange tuk tuk, Yala safari and helped us with our bags. The aircon worked well and the bathroom was spacious. Restaurant excellent too. Other guests all very kind, and the hosts tried to connect us with other travellers going to the same cities after our stay. Highly recommend.

The staff was really friendly. They offered to pick us up from the busstop and also arranged a taxi for us to the next destination. We also booked the safari with them and our guide really know what he was doing. We saw a leopard and bear within the first two hours in the park. And after that he showed us the more common animals such as a lot of birds and elephants.

All the staff were very friendly. They helped me organise a morning safari for my young family who all had an amazing time. Excellent value for money. Great safari and amazing sighting of a leopard. Also help to organise transport to and from the hotel.

Set in a lovely spot just out of town, the room was large with 3 single beds and an en-suite bathroom. It was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was plentiful. The staff were really friendly and helpful, they organised an amazing full day private safari with breakfast and lunch - we saw an abundance of life including leopards. They also organised a transfer to the east coast for us. All of this, for the cost, was simply phenomenal.

My room didn’t have Aircon so I was provided 2 fans but they weren’t very powerful so my room was really hot. When I stay again I’ll book one of the rooms with Aircon.

Wow! Great value for money. Room was spacious and spotlessly clean with a mosquito net provided. I booked the full day safari through the hostel which was really easy and wow what a day! We saw 3 leopards, lots of elephants and many other animals. I have met a lot of people on my travels who went to Yala and didn’t manage to see any leopards - but the driver they use at la safari inn is amazing. He knows exactly what he’s doing and makes sure you see all the animals. Highly highly recommend the full day safari.

The hospitality at this property was outstanding. The manager took care of every detail, from organizing our transportation to ensuring we had everything we needed, including European chargers. He even kept the restaurant open for our late arrival, which was a thoughtful touch. The full-day safari he arranged was seamless, and every transfer was perfectly coordinated.

Perfect place to stay and chill. I got info in advance on how to get from Ella, buses Timetable, info about safari. They arrange a nice safari for me. I had my own room that was very good and clean. Big terace to chill and they prepare food. Totaly recommand

The food menu was limited and not all of it was available. It was convenient for booking a safari but the safari itself was disappointing because the guide gave us very limited information throughout the trip. The location is not all that ideal for the town.
