The location js perfect right in front of the beach. The staff is amazing and very welcoming. If you’re looking for a chill vibe go for it! Absolutely recommend it

The hotel has just opened in December 2024 and is run by a local family. The room was very modern and well equipped. It included a very clean and nice bathroom, comfy beds, great view (beachside) and balcony, AC and fast WiFi. The location of the property is also superb: 10 meters from the beach, but not directly at the main road as other hotels and, thus, very calm. The owners were really friendly and did their best to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.

We have a brilliant stay at La Dolce Vita, it’s right on the beach which we could see from our windows, has a beautiful roof terrace - perfect for sunset. The whole place was very clean and we got our room cleaned each day. Great spot in Weligama.

Breakfast is not included. Once we ordered lunch, as per my opinion the portion was very small for the paid price. There was no a safe locker in the room.

Quiet, nice, cozy place. Everything is new, fresh and clean. Area is very green, beach is near. Staff is very polite and helpful.

Excellent! So happy we found this place to stay in Weligama, it’s fairly new so all the facilities were very modern, we never had an issue, it was the perfect distance into the main area, easy to park our Tuk Tuk. The staff were so lovely and wonderful. They made us feel so welcome and helped us with our luggage etc. we will definitely visit here again if we visit weligama. We can’t fault the place! It was our honeymoon and they have us a bottle of champagne and decorated the bed for us it was such a lovely Gesture!

Great vacation. A brand new hotel right on the beach. The staff and the people are very friendly. We could get all the food and drinks we wanted in the new restaurant. They were very tasty and we had a great time there. We plan to spend our next trip in this hotel.

We had a truly wonderful stay here, everything was perfect! Location is nearby the ocean but away from the noisy part of Weligama, which makes it a perfect place for a peaceful holiday. 5 minutes from the hotel there’s a surf spot, so if you’re interested you can rent a board or arrange a lesson. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they tried to help with each request. The beach is clean. Lots of places where you can eat nearby.

The pillows were to thick or puffy for me. Need some more variation of sizes. The hotels kitchen was not completed which was a bummer but when its finished this place will be a gem.

The location was great for us. Its on the beach and and easy walking distance to everything but far enough to be quite enough at night to fall asleep to the ocean. The rooms are recently remodeled and everything was new and clean. Would stay here again.

Wonderful hotel. The room was magnificent and I loved the dual aspect view. Everything felt very luxurious. It's on the quieter end of the beach with fishing boats out the front so you really get the Sri Lanka beach experience. It's a small hotel in which the owner and staff do everything they can to look after the guests. Has a great roof terrace as well. I've got some friends coming to Sri Lanka and this will be my first recommendation.

It will be nice when they have a kitchen for food. The pillows were so high.

The hotel is new so very clean and modern. The roof terrace is great for watching the sunset. The front rooms have an amazing view (unfortunately I hadn’t booked one). The towels and bedding were the nicest we had on our trip. Friendly owners. They have some sun beds to relax on the beach which is in a quiet area of the town with the traditional fishing boats.

Brand new hotel so everything is super clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Nicely decorated throughout. Beachfront location. Great value for money. Also check out the After Surf Rooftop cafe a few mins walk away for chilled vibes, great coffee and outstanding food.

The property is new built and offers everything you need. Small details as hygienic utensils, vanity kit, etc. are included. The view was amazing and the location is perfect as you have everything in a good walking distance. The owner was beyond helpful in any matter we needed. You can also rent a scooter directly at the property which was really enjoyable. Very friendly and overall a great place to stay! We were very satisfied with everything and it was the best accommodation so far during our Sri Lanka Trip, thank you lots for everything! All the best

This place is the best in weligama. It is located 5 minutes walk from the main point and the centre of weligama and it is quiet and peaceful. You can get the getaway from the noise and still be very close to all that is good in weligama. The staff is super warm and welcoming and the rooms are spotless clean. We came to weligama mainly to surf and it was perfect for us. The hotel is located right on the beach but does not have a private beach but it is no problem as you can have so many beaches right next to it

Brand new hotel, very good location, beautiful furniture, super clean, 6 rooms in total all with sea view, the stay exceeded my expectations. My visit will be the first of many thanks to the great shown hospitality by the staff. 2 mns away from the best surfing spot in weligama... I highly recommend it. (Perfect stay)

Space between the property and beach was full of plastic and rubbish but we were told it was not a land that belonged to the property so just for the information this comment is not directly connected to actual property.

Hotel was only opened for the second week everything was working well, clean, rooms good size and comfortable big double bed.

The best hotel and staff! So glad we stayed here for two weeks. The hotel is close to restaurants and right with Weligama beach! The hotel really lives up to the pictures and has very cool rooms. Its new and SO clean. U meet the staff and connect with them all. They are so kind and helpful. They have just opened the hotel, cant wait to visit them again. Miss them already :-) really recommend to stay here if you are a little boujee and like it clean and comfy. Thanks to La Dolce Vita for making our vacation so good:-)
