The room was clean, comfortable, and safe, complete with all relevant amenities. The hosts were very professional. The breakfast was delicious - I loved the fresh avocado juice! The property is located close to the Hikkaduwa beach and many restaurants. I would definitely recommend this stay!

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location was also perfect - very close to Hikkaduwa Beach and Narigama Beach (everything was walking distance). The breakfast was okay - don’t expect anything amazing as it’s very plain but wasn’t the worst breakfast we tried in Sri Lanka. However, we are not sure why the place has such high ratings. The sheets didn’t smell clean, the bathroom had a weird smell (vomit), and we had two cockroaches in our room which just topped it off. We stayed in 8 locations before this one, of various standard, and never had an issue with the above. It is also advertised that there’s a flat-screen TV, which is true, but was not plugged in and set up, not sure if it even worked. The bedside lamps also didn’t work. I hope that the place takes these points into consideration to improve customer satisfaction. Thank you!

C orridors and the dining hall have a moisture smell, which is poorly ventilated

Water pressure was good, no blackouts, the owner is always near, they can easily cook you whatever you bring to them, as they have a kitchen on the first floor, the AC worked great, overall good experience, I would suggest it over the hotel. The breakfast is basic

Had a very comfortable stay! The hotel offers great value for money—clean, relaxed, and welcoming. It's in a fantastic location close to the main street, making it easy to explore. The breakfast was excellent and a perfect start to the day. Highly recommend!

Very clean property. Shoes taken off at vestibule so no outdoor dirt brought in. Breakfast was amazing,served on patio outside. Staff were very friendly and polite.

It’s not that I didn’t like the noise of the trains but occasionally a freight train would go by at night and was very loud but, honestly, you hardly notice them after a few going past.

Great bathroom.. Very, very clean, modern, and terrific hot water shower that worked well.. The sheets, bedding very clean and bed comfortble.. Location was ok off the main road.

I arrived just before 11pm on a late train & sent email to say this..But no one in hotel reception..I walked up road to where sign said for reception.. Banged loudly on metal gate many times & yelled out but no answer..Went back to hotel & sat in reception.Luckily after 30 mins taxi driver arrived to pick up leaving guests & rang hotel.owner.. Trains shook hotel but ok.

Good location. Easy to walk to the beach. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff were really helpful. Nice balcony overlooking the tracks. The trains aren't very frequent so noise didn't bother us. We got breakfast included. It was nice and light compared to some others we had on the trip (few bits of toasts and eggs). Bed was comfy and room spacious.

The only thing was the air con wasnt very powerful but it did work
