The family that runs this property is very welcoming and super attentive. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was as comfortable as could be. Will definitely be returning again at least to drop by and say hi!

We had a very pleasant stay here. The room was clean and had a great airconditioning. The family is friendly and since we stayed 6 nights they even cleaned our room during our stay. The accommodation is located just a few minutes walking from the main road while it is in a quiet area.

Maybe a mosquito net could be a benefit, although there weren't many mosquitoes though, which was good!

The staff / family is incredibly hospitable and friendly and really want to make the guests feel welcome. Room is nice, clean and spacious enough with airco. Mattress sleeps very well too. It's a bit difficult to reach with Google maps by vehicle, but they placed signs along the road to balance this. There's a shortcut if you want to walk, that's not on Google maps. The breakfast is good, affordable and plentiful too! Freshly cooked by the mom/owner. Very good place :).

The staff were amazing and made sure we had everything we needed, including coffee and water waiting outside the room every morning as well as a change of towels half way through our stay. Breakfast was delicious (there are three different options for 900lkr each). There's a shortcut which makes it only 5 minutes to the main road with restaurants. Some precious reviews mentioned it was hard to find, but there are plenty of signs from the back road (maybe these are new?) so we had no issues finding it.

A very, very, very good hotel with the sweetest people. They made the whole experience amazing. They are super friendly, we had a very warm welcome, they arranged a scooter for us. The room looks really good and modern. Good bed, warm shower with a lot of pressure. The area is very quiet but 5 minutes walk to the main Street with all the restaurants and it's the only hotel from our 20 days trip which had good curtains to make it nice and dark. Also the airconditioning worked really well. Thank you so much again!

The mattress was not the most comfortable and there could have been more signposting along the road to help find the property.

The rooms were super clean, and the location is great as it’s just out of the town so quiet and in the greenery. The staff were super friendly, especially Kamesh who helped with the check in and check out.

Wonderful place, would definitely recommend! First of all, the staff was really kind, gave us a really nice welcome with welcome drink, and they were very helpful during our stay, among others by arranging transport etc. Everyday, there were new bottles of water and coffee pads waiting outside our room. The place is brandnew (only 2 months), the rooms are very clean, good atmosphere and above all: the clean bathroom with hot shower! The location is a little remote, which was nice because there was no hectic of all the cars and with the staff showing us a walking shortcut, only a +- 5 min walk to the center. Thankyou! Would definitely stay again, especially with this price/quality.

Brand new hotel, so there's not many reviews, but it was one of the nices places we stayed in our month in Sri Lanka. We ended up extending from 3 to 6 nights. The owner and her family are so helpful, kind, and accommodating. The air con was great, and the shower gets super hot if you need. They gave us coffee/tea and 2 bottles of water every morning. Also under a 5min walk to the train station! If we come back, we will go back and stay with Kelly.

A/C could be located better. It blows right on the bed so you really feel it during the night. Room might be a bit small for 2 person (solotraveler).

Nice and comfortable room with a nice bathroom. Modern, clean and brand new. Excellent location, very close to the city center - 5min walk - yet very peaceful and silent during the night. Warm welcome by the staff who were very helpful and kind. I left my suitcase after checking out and went to the beach. When I returned I was offered to change in the bathroom of their private area. Definitely a plus!
