We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Sri LankaVehicle parking need to be upgraded, space is not sufficient to park few vehicles.
Cleanliness nicely done however comparatively price i am expecting some more facilities. Breakfast was free but very basic one.

SlovakiaFor the price and comparing with other even cheaper accomodation really simple breakfast, on second day on request 1 extra fruit Location is bit out of town but we knew it, if you are by your car there are not many real parking spots, for the price i think can be found better vallue but ok for one night... Also there are more monkeys you have to keep your windows closed because they can steal your things....
In SriLanka meassurres apartman was ok, Owner was helping when we asked for help, ordered us tuktuk (but advised price was really above local prices what we found later...) Advised us good restaurant

The hotel was very lovely and the view outside at the river is amazing. The staff was soo friendly and helpful. They woke up early in the morning to prepare breakfast for us and even offered to go and do some shopping for us. Very lovely people. The rooms were nice and clean

SwedenThe owner was short tempered and behaved badly when i complained about one toilet. We booked 5 rooms with attached bathroom. One of the room toilet has glitch on the sliding lock inside. It was locked from inside when we closed the bathroom door. When my 10yrs old son wanted to use toilet around 1am it was locked and could not use it. Since the reception is closed we have to knock my extended family living in the next room. I called the owner next day around 6:25am when we wanted to use bathroom again. There is no answer. Then again we used other room bathrooms. When i complained to him about this, he pretended as id he does not know this issue and asked me if i have damaged it. There was already bent frame on the door which indicate that this incident happened in the past as well. He went to kitchen and brought a knife and opened the door. When i settle the bill, i asked is there any compensation for the hassle we experienced. He started to argue in a rude way showing his finger right into my face. Except his bad behavior and the bathroom incident, the facility is okay to stay and his wife was polite and offered good service. .
