One of the best hotels I have stayed at in Sri Lanka, I would recommend to anyone looking to stay here. The restaurant area needs improvement to be more customer friendly and modernised. The shower needs better cleaning from limescale. They also need to have duvets in the rooms or blankets.

Mattress was really bad, very very uncomfortable, springs were in my back. Bath drain didnt work. Service to the pool area is slow.

Liked the buffet breakfast and dinner are amazing considering you can’t leave after dark by foot. Pool is great for families, bathrooms are spacious, good tv channels.

I would make the facilities of where the food is served better. The high chair for example was falling apart.

For the price of rooms I think a fridge should be provided as we stayed in much lower priced accommodation on this trip and all rooms (including home stays) provided a small fridge in the room. Also no cold drinking water provided at mealtimes. Location wise there isn’t anything in the immediate vicinity of the hotel - no shops or restaurants but as hotel provides half board this wasn’t a problem except for getting water - the hotel provides 2 small complimentary bottles daily. You can buy in the restaurant but only smallish bottles.

We stayed in standard room which was real well equipped, good air con and nice bathroom. Lovely swimming pool and decent number of sun beds. We had half board so breakfast and dinner included. Both meals buffet style and a good amount of choices western and Sri Lankan. Staff are friendly and attentive. Lion Rock is about 20 minutes drive.

The mattress was not conferrable for me, we were located on the ground floor, so we had noises from the above residents.

The rooms are spacious and well cleaned, Pool was great, Breakfast was just fine, lovely and welcome staff.

The surrounding was so calming. The room was clean. The staff was kind enough to upgrade our room to a deluxe room free of charge. The dinner and breakfast both were tasty. The biggest plus point is the gigantic pool. The pool was clean as well. We visited the Sigiriya lion’s rock in the morning and got a little late to cone back to the hotel to checkout. However, the staff was friendly enough to accommodate our concern and allowed us a late checkout for free. Kudos!

Great place to stay if you are heading to or on your way back from the amazing Sigiriya. So pleased I found this place, an absolute gem and the food was incredible. Finally a dinner in a good hotel that was cooked to order and not a buffet style set up. The pool was amazing.

Found 2 pillow cases smelly probably not washed. In the description it is mentioned that there is a mini bar but there was no mini bar at all. Bath tub was damaged and leaking could not be used.

The restaurant! The food was delicious, but the actual space of the restaurant didn't meet my expectations. Given how nicely the actual hotel space is designed and the nice rooms and the beautiful pool. The restaurant space is such a let down. It's so bland and basically just a room to dine in which takes away from the amazing hotel stay.

The rooms were spacious, and it was all prepared and ready upon arrival , which was great . The pool is very spacious and the surrounding environment very relaxing. The food at the restaurant was good too.
