The stay in queens lake cabin it was the best stay in Sri Lanka the view of the room was wonderful the staff went beyond the limit to help us we missed our wallet in the city then some of the staff also came to the city to help us thanks for Queen lake cabin team for making us a memorable stay in Sri Lanka

They dont have their own kitchen so food order must be made to them which came from another restaurant. There were some flies in the room and the upper cabin lacked lighting. Also the toilets can do with an exhaust.

The room was cozy and the staff were also really nice . The place located at nice and quite place near lake and gives great views along with a terrace and a dual storied room which can easily accomodate 4 people. The staff were also nice.

Accommodation is of a high standard and was quite luxurious. My sister and I had our own beds and areas on a split level, which made it so good. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating, we enjoyed a delicious dinner and breakfast there too. Sitting on the outside balcony enjoying a beer, they organised for us and watching the sun go down over the lake, was so good. We loved our stay there so much.

The cold! Not the hotel's fault, but please come prepared. It's wet, windy and cold. The hotel is above the town center, so the temperatures are way colder and way more windy. The food is not the greatest. Only one style of breakfast. For dinner, we ordered chicken tikka masala ehich turned out to be very watery, and the paratha is hard. The management was kind enough to return it when we did not like it.

Cozy and beautifully designed cabin. The views are amazing. Excellent and very friendly staff who are attentive to detail. Clean linen and room. The beds are comfortable and we slept well. It's a quiet area if you want some peace. Our greatest thanks to Mahesh, Rashvani, and the hotel staff.

We had a decent stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, they even managed to prepare a vegetarian breakfast for us on short notice, which we really appreciated. The showers were generally clean. The bed was very comfortable and we slept really well. The room was quiet and restful.

The dinner at the restaurant. The food was cold. The Naan's were hard and cold when served. The accompaniments (curries) were watery, bland and cold. So disappointed.
