Sri LankaOutside buffet was disturbed by the crows and utencils look a bit dirty otherwise everything else was perfect, rooms and washrooms are nice and clean.
Staff was really friendly and very helpful with a smile in their face all the time. Location was calm and quiet.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, allowing us into our room early. The room we chose was also a good size. The location was a short walk to a lovely beach. The Sri Lankan breakfast was great with good portion sizes.

A lovely hotel within 5 minutes of the beach. Rooms set around the pool. Staff were great and very helpful. The food especially the evening meals were lovely and very good value. Very friendly place and staff helped us to book a trip to Pigeon Island (which we would recommend). A good location within an easy walk to beach / restaurants / bars. The location is perfect if you want to relax near the beach but want a quiet location.

Staff, especially Nishal, were excellent and went above and beyond to be helpful. Hotel had links with local watersports company, which were excellent and great value for money. City tour was also excellent and well worth doing.

Nice an cozy hotel with a nice pool. Staff were very helpful and nice. Location is great for the beach and lots of good restaurants with great seafood in the neighborhood. Good breakfast, they really go the extra mile to fulfill your needs. Easy access with tuk tuk to trincomalee center.

GermanyThe rooms were quite noisy, which was a bit of a letdown. When I raised my concerns, they were more or less brushed off by the manager. Another issue was the inconsistent hot water supply in the shower.
We really enjoyed my stay at this lovely hotel. The size is just right, not too overwhelming with a manageable number of rooms. The pool and rooms were impeccably clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Additionally, the beach is just a 5-minute walk away, making it super convenient for daily outings.
