The property is very calm, clean, well located for us : it’s a bit away from city center but located on the good side of the mountains near tea factory, waterfalls etc … restaurant is really tasty and people are really helpful, if we knew we’d stay on more night to explore more parts of Nuwara Eliya. We recommend to take a jacket because it’s 2000m high and it gets colder at the end of the afternoon ! We also truly recommend the guide we had for the day, best we had for all our trips around lots of countries : you can type “Ragu trip tuk tuk travel Nuwara Eliya” on google, a super hotel and a super guide will make your stay as great as expected.

Very nice hotel, great spacious rooms and a great (warm) shower. Staff is super nice and so was the breakfast. Unfortunately we weren’t really able to use the pool but the pool area is done really nicely, with sunshine a really great place to relax.

The carpet wasn't very beautiful - but that's just taste (it was clean though).

Wonderful staff. Especially Ranga, who was mostly involved during our stay, did a very great job, was always friendly, attentive and helpful. Breakfast with a nice view. Huge, comfortable bed was amazing - seriously best bed we slept in during three weeks in Sri Lanka! First, we thought that the location might not be the best, but turned out to be great because driving around by Tuktuk between the hills in Nuwara was just beautiful and it was quiet. Enjoyed our short stay very much! Thank you.

The TV was a bit small for the room but watching the clouds and lightning roll up through the valley was a good watch.

The pool and sauna along with the views are amazing, the rooms are comfortable and have everything you need, plus the biggest beds ever! The food is top notch, amazing breakfast that fills you up for the day. Staff are super friendly, and to top it off a pool table with a view. Definitely stay here if you are visiting.

We had a balcony room which meant 3 sets of stairs up and down to get to the reception and dining.

Stunning views of the hills. Quiet. Very early (amazing/best we had in Sri Lanka) breakfast arranged so we could depart by 7am to catch the train. Lovely chilled white wine (my first in Sri Lanka in a week). Free eight ball (billiard) table with a beautiful scrolling Sri Lanka landscape TV screen and chillax music. My calamari meal was tender and tasty. Massive King size bed. Very spacious room with a couch. Wish we had had time to use the pool and sauna!

A truly superb hotel, one of the best I’ve ever stayed at! The location is on a hilltop with just spectacular views of the surroundings. The room, the biggest bed I’ve ever slept in - 8ft apparently. The rooms were nicely decorated and amazing size. There is a games room with a big billiards table and a foosball table, which the kids absolutely loved and made some friends playing with. Breakfast was nice, lots of fruit!

Once you’re at the property you can’t talk a walk off the property which is small. It’s a bit far out of Nuwara Eliya. Bath gowns did not have belts and need replacing.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Bed was huge. Best night sleep we had the whole trip. Although breakfast is served from 7:30, the staff prepared breakfast for us at 7am as we had an early start. This considering it was Singha/Tamil New year so that was very much appreciated.
