You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

KazakhstanHi. It was rainy weather and we often spent time in the homestay where it was always clean and our bed linen was changed often. The owners of the house were always kind and attentive to us. They offered us tea for free, although this was not included in the terms of our stay. If we asked to cook something, the hostess Lolita always cooked delicious food for us for a small fee. Once I caught a fish and asked Lolita to cook it. The taste was amazing, because Lolita cooked this fish in coconut oil, which she made with her own hands. Pinaduwa is a warrior man and we could feel safe with such a person. However, he always treated us kindly and politely. Children are two girls, Paritra and Dilini. When I was sickl, Dilini offered to help me call a doctor and help with translation if necessary. Paritra was always cheerful and told me where things were. She also made sure that there were't any mosquitoes in the house. She brought and laid out mosquito repellents everywhere. We tried so hard to be generous and polite to all members of this family, as well as to the cute chipmunks who came running to the feeder in the back yard of the house. Because of the kindness and care of the owners and their children, our two-week vacation turned out to be very safe and comfortable. We managed to feel at home.
