Maintenance is a bit in the low side. How ever they were on a renevation during the period of our visit. Hope there will be a good face lift to the building. Room conditions were fairly good. All the said amenities were there. You must bring round pin adaptors for device charging purposes which is one negative point noted in rooms.

The team were lovely! Robert the manager came out to personally greet us. The team were so hands on and accommodating. I would say the bathroom needs to have some work done as it hasnt been maintained in a while but other than that i am really happy!

The facility is getting little old and facilities look pretty old. Staff seemed to try their best to cater the best but something felt wrong there as the staff was not either geared or trained on hospitality.

Club like music at b'fast. Music choice needs to be appropriate. Food not kept hot, but I asked for microwave reheat, which was ok by one of the staff members.

Modernised wood trims in premium suite. Beachfront balcony. Fridge, quiet air con and easily adjustable, tea and coffee making, iron and board, tv, lots of bottles of water. Smiling staff. Fresh fruit at breakfast, omelette corner, and good Sri Lankan coffee at breakfast. Not far from bus station, Sudhas Eatery, Red Lobster restaurant and many others. Turtle beach close by. Use Google translation to sigahlese if you need to communicate with most staff members. Managers speak well, they learned to school. Housekeeping very good.v I stayed 11 nights and toured from thete.

The TV only had 6 channels working with 11 channels on it. A/C needs to be repaired. Also appreciate if the front desk could be more quicker rather making the guest wait for keys more than 15 minutes.

All shops, banks were closed to the location. Easy access to the beach. Restaurant staff were very friendly and the food was good.

Location on the beach is excellent and close to shops and restaurants. Rooms have been renovated recently and new decor is fresh clean and very pleasing and comfortable but I feel it was a bit pricey in comparison to other places I have stayed.

1. No Personal safe locker in room ( your valuable things you have to keep in the hotel’s safe) 2. No intercom phone in room. No opportunity to connect reception for any inquiry, you have to go down stairs or use your personal cell phone) 3. No Hangers in wardrobe Mirror was damaged - the reflection is not properly visible Too crowded beach ( mostly Russian people 😁)

Big size room, beautiful ocean view, the hotel is just on the beach, available all essentials (shops and cafeterias are around ), silent at night, I have got even iron board and iron for personal use, nice interior, swimming pool, terrace for sitting and watching ocean, balcony in each room, hot shower, polite and friendly staffs.

A wonderful stay – I recommend it! The room was beautiful and very clean, and the bathroom was also modern and well-maintained. The food at the hotel was excellent – there's something for everyone. The surrounding area really impressed me – gorgeous beaches, stunning sunsets, and incredible underwater life: we encountered sharks, crabs, colorful fish, and turtles!
