Essendo immerso nella natura, è un po’ scomodo se avete bisogno di supermercati/altro e non siete automuniti. Si può sempre comunque affittare un tuktuk per raggiungere ristoranti/supermercati più vicini al centro

Recensione verificataCamera spaziosa, ben arredata e dotata di ogni confort. Bagno moderno e curato nei particolari. Staf gentile e disponibile.
Piscina posizionata male, ha sole solo due ore al giorno. Acqua non molto limpida, ma fattibile. Decisamente fuori mano dal centro (circa 5 km) per cui diventa difficile uscire una volta rientrato. Ristorante senza lode e senza infamia.. Avevamo il televisore non funzionante ma nonostante lo abbia comunicato alla sera del mio arrivo ci è stato riparato mezz'ora prima del check-out due giorni dopo. Non che la TV per me fosse importante, ma questo non conta. Credo che un albergo serio debba fare anche solo un gesto simbolico per un disagio arrecato per due giorni di permanenza e invece il proprietario nonostante lo facessi presente al check out non si è nemmeno scusato. Atteggiamento che non ho apprezzato.

Recensione verificataHotel accogliente, camera bella e spaziosa con letti comodi. L'aria condizionata funzionava bene. Buono il ristorante sicuramente la scelta più comoda dopo una giornata di visite, anche perché l'hotel si trova in posizione leggermente defilata e quindi un po' distante da altri ristoranti. Il personale è stato super gentile. Accettano carte di credito senza problemi. Abbiamo usufruito della piscina, molto carina.
ci sono un po' di gradini per raggiungere le camere, ma per i bagagli ci pensano loro. Le finestre principali delle camere danno sulla passerella comune per cui bisogna tenere le tende tirate per forza, comunque a noi non ha dato nessun fastidio.

Piscina piccola, con pochi lettini e tutti in ombra, colazione scarsa e neanche buona, oltretutto a pagamento, climatizzatore che butta aria direttamente sui letti senza possibilità di muovere le alette, titolare scortese con il nostro driver, camera data in ritardo

Regarding the pool, while it may not be large, it is designed to offer a relaxing and peaceful experience, and shade can actually be a welcome relief in the tropical heat. As for breakfast, we always strive to provide fresh, well-prepared meals, though we understand that tastes and expectations can vary. The air conditioning units are fixed, but we do our best to ensure comfort, and adjustments can usually be made upon request. If there was any issue, we would have been happy to assist. As for the owner, we have never received complaints about rudeness. If there was a misunderstanding, we regret that, but we assure you that our approach is always professional and respectful.
