- no one on reception when you need them - states you get a linen change every other day. Never had one during a 7 day stay - had to leave dirty towels on the floor outside the room for staff to pick up and never got a replacement until I asked - never replaced the bins - online states you have a safe and a fridge and our room didn’t have one - can hear music from restaurants on a night that finish at 11pm - bad drainage so bathroom smells constantly and toilet hardly flushes properly

Bathroom needs a scrub, pool area does not have a usable vibe. Feels a bit neglected and no pool towels in room.

We booked the room for 3 nights. Room doesnt get cleaned and water in shower does not drain properly. Also on the booking.com site states that they have a private beach with sun beds and parasols, but they don't even have that at the hotel pool.

High price for this quality. The overall impression of the accommodation is average, but the place was a short walk from a very nice beach with nice restaurants, so I stayed longer than I originally expected

The bathroom was quite dirty, the beds were really uncomfortable, only one towel per person (not another one for face, pool or beach).

The location was pretty good, check in was easy and they texted me with a lot of information beforehand.

No balcony

Very close to the beach and bedrooms and bathrooms were very cleaned. the swimming pool is very pleasant. The upstairs room I stayed in was good. It offered complete privacy, and I appreciated the well-thought-out design and cleanliness. The room facilities were good, with modern amenities like a flat-screen TV, a mini-fridge, kettle and an efficient air conditioning system, which all contributed to a convenient and enjoyable stay. The hot water and water pressure in the bathroom were great.

I had an excellent stay at the hotel. Lovely and helpful staff, quiet place (when low season) and comfortable rooms. Food is also great!!! I definitely recommend it :) The beach just a walking distance.

Breakfast was too good and nice. The property is just about 5 minutes walk away from the Uppuveli beach which is really nice. There are so many restaurants and bars are on the beach too... will come back for sure :)

Swimming pool area flooded and manager was dismissive. I received no breakfast even though it was in booking so complained and given 2 slices of toast. No safe and locks on wardrobe didn't work. Late afternoon powercut so we couldn't use shower after swimming, hot and wet for over an hour..

The room was dirty. Also, there is construction working in the building next to the hotel and it's a little bit noisy during the day.

The staff was friendly. We couldn't use the swimming pool because of some reparations but they compensated this with a free dinner. The location was also good.

The restaurant wasn’t open when we were there but there are plenty others nearby. We had some laundry done and it was very expensive (900 per kilo) and took 2 days.

Good location, plenty of restaurants and the beach was nearby. Breakfast was really good! Manager and staff were very friendly and helpful. The beach was lovely and they arranged a whale watching excursion for us at a reasonable price.

Nothing but if they have sun beds in the pool side is good.

It was just a short stay of us and the staffs I must mention that they were outstanding. So friendly. The Air-con is perfect, you don't want to use after 11 in the night because the room quickly get cold. Wifi is excellent.
