BelgiumThe only things that could be improved are the option to exchange or withdraw money directly at the hotel, and having the bill made out in Sri Lankan rupees instead of US dollars.
By far the best hotel we stayed at in Sri Lanka! The shower had warm water, the swimming pool was very pleasant and clean, with comfortable sunbeds, pool towels, and even a bar. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and in the room we had tea, coffee, and water that was replenished daily. The finishing touches throughout the hotel were beautiful, and we also felt safe with a security guard at the entrance in the evenings. What made our stay truly outstanding was the personal service: snorkeling, surfing, and even a taxi were all arranged for us at very good prices. We couldn’t have wished for a better experience!

The on-site spa is excellent and well worth a visit. Our 3 night visit was good value for money.

United KingdomOnly issue was the pool, as it wasn't clean. Apart from general debris like leaves (which is understandable) the actual pool water and the internal walls of the pool were not clean.
Rooms were quite nice and pool and gardens were lovely too. Price overall was pretty decent - paid £50 per night incl breakfast which I thought was decent value.

United KingdomBeautiful hotel with a fabulous pool and spa. Food in the hotel was the best we had in Mirissa. Rooms were cleaned every day and the shower was powerful. The hotel is really peaceful with just the sound of lots of different birds. Only a short walk to the main beach and if you walk down the road towards secret beach at dusk you can watch fruit bats flying over..amazing sight!!

- Staff were all lovely and more than willing to help with anything you need. Carried suitcases for us and also gave us drinks on arrival. - Room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels and water. - Bed was comfy. - Location was great - in walking distance to Weligama beach & Secret Beach but it was nice enough distance away that it was lovely and quiet rather than on the beach that played music, etc. - Pool area was nice with sunbeds and pool bar.

BulgariaLooks like the staff needs to be trained on service better. They are eager to do a good job, but quite inexperienced. Also - while ordering at the bar/restaurant, they didn't give a bill to sign even though they say it will be added to my room. I just found that a bit odd. The appliances and electric sockets were mismatched (Euro plug/Type D plug appliance but only Type C socket), so we needed adaptors for everything, including the installed hair dryer in the bathroom)
We got two family rooms which were huge. They were very comfortable. The pool was awesome - especially with my 4 year old. They were very polite and friendly. Very good massage services too.
