The hotel is overlooking panoramic and infatuating landscapes. The price is highly affordable and the services provided by hotel owner Mr Shri and his assistant Lakash are very good and they are very kind and cooperative. I recommend to booked by any low budgeting adventurer.

Very friendly staff, and the location is right next to the start point of the hike. The guest house is surrounded by a small garden and is beautiful. The room is little dated but can't argue with the the rate they are charging. Well worth for the money paid. Hot water worked well as well.

The Owner and staff went way and beyond to make us feel like home and comfortable. There was a power cut for 24h and they organized us tuctuc around the area and waterfalls. We were so well treated and felt really happy for everything! Even tho we didn’t have any internet and couldn’t plan or find anything out when are the trains leaving beacause city was out of power, we feel that we got more than wished for. And are so thankful for the help and kindness. Located right at the starting point of the Adams Peak. Breakfast was included. Tea is from local tea house and food was really delicious! We definitely recommend to have at least two days here! So you can experience everything.

Mosquitoes were rampant in the room. And the nets over the beds had so many holes in. Previous guests have even tried to patch them up with bits of tape and plasters. Just replace the mosquito nets. Surely it’s not that expensive.

Great location just at the foot of Adam’s peak. Sri (the owner) is super helpful and can even show you a secret route to go up the mountain to avoid the crowds. He also can arrange some other activities too. We went to the tea plantations and Moray waterfall where you can swim in the pool right under the waterfall. Absolutely stunning. Highly recommended.

What a nice family and the homemade food was good and really cheap. Great room but no wifi reception there. Very helpful in organizing a tour to Horton Plain. A little out of town about 4 km. From the bus stop in town. Definitely recommend...

The cheapest rooms and shared bathroom are rather basic, and have mosquitoes (but the beds have nets).

The cat (or big kitten) is very nice. Breakfast was good. The house is old, so more attractive than modern ones.

I tried to take a nap before start climbing, but some dogs scratching at a door disturbed my sleep.

The location was good, only a few minutes walk from the entrance of the Adams peak. Toilet and shower was shared, but it was clean.

The host is extremely caring and will make everything happen. It's directly at the entrance to Adam's Peak with a nice view to the surrounding mountains. You can get local breakfast and the host prepares everything fresh for you. But don't expect a 5 star kitchen

We stayed only one night so everything was ok. But if you want to stay more you need to ask for bed sheets. No toilet paper, no soap. It was holes upper the window, so if someone sit into the hall and speak you will listen it. I think mostly of the time people stay just to make a break before mount climb so it’s ok for that

Everything was great.

I love this hostel so much. The owner has been there for 12 years and climbs Adam's peak every year so he could give the best recommendations. He was also very helpful with questions about busses and trains. It was a very lovely vibe there, I had dinner and breakfast with another person who was staying there and we both liked it a lot. The location is perfect, directly at the steps and the place is very beautiful, very green with a view. I would've stayed a day longer If I'd have the time
