The breakfast was very average.

The ocean view from the room was stunning and the beach is meters away. The lunch and dinner were cheap in comparison to other outlets, generously portioned, and very tasty. We walked around that area exploring other nearby hotel restaurants and this was the best - it was lively, bright, and even had live music for lunch.

Staff were very friendly at breakfast, clean rooms and location was great. We walked to lovely restaurants in the area. Hotel is on the beach, we spent most our time around the pool. 30mins drive to the airport, so close by.

The beach was very clean. Breakfast was excellent. But there could be more Sri Lankan variety. For example Hoppers. The fruit section also can be improved.

The bed needs a softer mattress

I had a wonderful stay here. The beach is very beautiful and peaceful. My room was clean, spacious and fairly comfortable as the bed was a little old and on the hard side. The restaurant food was delicious and fairly priced, I recommend trying one of their local curries. The hotel location is perfect and on the main road with a variety of shops and cafes. I would recommend to anyone for a short stay close to the airport. Good for couples or solo travellers.

We were placed in different ends of the hotel. Breakfast was not included. There was mould under the shelves

Found lot of mosquitoes in the room. Staff did not welcome well in the morning breakfast. Feel like they only serve to some targeted visitors and not all people. Airport pick up is great and driver is very helpful. Even it is expensive , he has a good service.

Good hotel on the beach. Close to a variety of restaurants 1-2 kms. Short Tuk Tuk ride to Negombo attractions. Wide variety of breakfast food in buffet. Good pool with sun lounges. Friendly and helpful staff.

View from our room looked over a flat roof top that was ugly, looking beyond to the sea was great though!

The decor is looking a little tired, and the bathroom could have been cleaner. Also, hotel guests reserve the chairs around the pool, while they go off and do other things. This is annoying as it prevents other people from relaxing around the pool.

Great location, close to the airport and other resorts for dining. We left our new iPad in the safe and the staff kept it for us to collect on our return at the end of our holiday. Very honest.

The sound proofing in the room is not great. We found mold in our room, we asked to change rooms and then everything was fine.

The hotel is in a good location and the room are spacious. We had a beautiful view over the Indian Ocean from our room. The pool was often not too crowded and there is always someone there for assistance.

We would have liked notification of large events going on with music as there was a wedding and a corporate event going on so it was not relaxing. Also we came to rest before going to the airport late at night so it was hard with the wedding reception.

The rooms are looking a bit outdated. Air con temp was unable to be changed and was running at 16 degrees. We were cold during the night. As we arrived early we just wanted to get some sleep and didn't raise this with the night staff.

We arrived just after midnight and was welcomed by the night staff. Our check in was quick and we were in bed resting for the day ahead. The breakfast buffet exceeded what I imagined and was fresh and with plenty of choices.

Nice location, big swimming pool, comfortable and clean rooms and courteous staff. Buffet was nice as well.
