We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, the location couldn’t be better. It’s close to the main road and the beach. The people are the highlight the two who run the place are friendly, helpful and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and safe (especially Sam who deals with all the guests). Sam organised a very memorable dolphin watching and snorkel experience I will never forget for a really great price. As a solo woman traveller I was so pleased to have stayed here, I will be back and sending all my friends to meet Sam in the mean time.

TajikistanThe room was probably one of the best room I stayed in in Sri Lanka: very good mattresses, great sheets, very good towels, until my stay in this guesthouse , I thought they just did not exist in Sri Lanka. There were also some wonderful toiletries in bathroom. Never had those. For a very good price and great position you get a lot back. The staff is also very helpful and gives great information or tries to solve any problem you have. Great stay.

FranceYou should be careful to check bed bugs cause I had been bite :\ luckily I left early enough no to bring them in my luggage but yea, check it out if you stay there. The rest of the area seems realy nice and location is great
Very nice common areas and friendly staff but I had bed bugs in my bed. I realised after 30 min nap so had no choice but to leave.
