There was no room heating. We had an aged mother who couldn't bear the cold and we needed to leave early, both owner and caretaker were helpful and understanding.

Not so far away from city centre. Its an apartment and has utensils to cook. Overall nice place to stay.

The master bedroom has a window on the inside and the light stayed on all night. The curtains are too light to cover it, it should be a good idea to change the curtains to cut this problem at night. Also the stove got a problem with the burners, difficult to lit up.

It was comfortable and we had everything we needed to have a good stay. The communication with the owner was easy. Nice person.

We must thanks to our Host ( Ms Rupika ) and her Best Care Taker ( Mr Amal ) during our 3 nights at Nuwara eliya Luxury Apartment, 33 Glenfall Road. Mr Amal informed us before the check inn time ( 2:00 pm ) Apartment was ready to us check inn. But having after rest In Gregory Park, and also after lunch at "The Kitchen" Restaurant Magasthota its took 2:45 pm to check inn too. Mr Amal was explained that he will be the Basement Car Park Entrance welcoming us. He was there we were happy. He was helped us to carry our things to Apartment located at 3rd floor. Access to apartment was easy there was a Elevator 9 people capacity. The apartment was so comfortable, We cooked our break fast and dinner in the Tiny Kitchen. Everything was there. We stored the fresh food in the Refrigerator in very good enough. We had Hot or cool water 24 hrs. Same as the electricity. Beddings such as blankets, towels, bed covers good cleaned and 2 wash rooms were properly well maintain. No dirty. 2 Balconies facing to Piduruthalagala Mountain and Grand Hotel, 3 Araliya Hotels Visible from This Apartment. We were walking to city its took 10 minutes one way. Indicating price is very FAIR price. Mr Amal all ways looking for assist and help for us during our 3 nights at there. Thank you so much Ms Rupika Dias and Mr Amal. We having staying Nuwaraeliya Vacation from 2019 every year. How ever we found the place of yours apartment was the most interesting and comfortable for us. Defiantly Next year 2026 we all ready think out we come again to your apartment. We recommends this apartment really very useful while visiting to Nuwaraeliya Stay over night close to the city may be a family or group of friends !!

Wifi was a bit slow but I guess it's common across Sri Lanka especially with Dialog. Automatic ignition stove was bit difficult to use.

The gas stove was not easy to switch on. The on-property manager was helpful and he helped us to make it work properly.

There was only one issue which is that one room had to use a common bathroom. Which was kind of inconvenient given we were two couples, also there was not enough space to sit on the commode.

We stayed for 2 nights and loved every second of it. The apartment complex is only a couple hundred meters away from the main road, and the town is at a walking distance, so everything you need from restaurants to supermarkets is just a few minutes away. The apartment came with a dedicated parking lot that's right next to the elevator. Our apartment was on the 3rd floor, so we had a great view of the town and the distant mountains from the balcony. The apartment had pretty much everything we needed, a kitchen with a well equipped pantry, a living room with a TV, 2 bedrooms each having a bed with a spring mattress (the main bed was really really comfy), 2 clean washrooms with hot water (1 common, and 1 attached to the main bedroom). We just had to bring the groceries and cook. Amal, the caretaker, is really pleasant and helpful, so everything from check-in to check-out was really smooth. Our entire stay was relaxing, and we enjoyed so much convenience, so we would recommend this apartment to everyone.

Very nice and comfortable stay and the prime location with balcony view point. Kitchen with all the utensils available we can cook food by our own. Grocery store also available very near by. Recommend for perfect family stay with fun

The apartment feels a little cramped, as it is small. The water kettle is broken, and some crockery is chipped. There's only one plug point for both the refrigerator and microwave. There are no towels available. To prevent any issues, a chemical cleaner is needed for all the drainages. There are mosquitoes everywhere in the apartment, which needs to be addressed. The building would benefit from having an in-house restaurant. Improving the cleanliness of the apartment would be an advantage for business improvement.

The Apartment is situated in the heart of NE and enjoys a stunning view of the "Piduruthalagala" mountain range. It's surrounded by top-class hotels. The bathrooms are particularly well-maintained, though there is some molds growing between the tiles and shower cabins. It is recommended that a deep cleaning be carried out to maintain the standard. The staff was friendly and supportive throughout my stay. The parking facilities are good and the elevator was very helpful.

Fully furnished apartmant with two bed rooms , one bedroom with attach bathroom. A kitchen , living area dining table and a common bathroom. Spacious. Kitchen had all the utensils gas stove microwave and a rice cooker. Both the owner and the caretaker contacted us (over the phone) and make sure we were comfortable. Both bathrooms were spacious and had hot water with good pressure for showers. Surrounding was beautiful.
