Perfect location, close to beach, supermarket, bus stop and restaurants but still quiet during the night. Room with AC was very nice and beautiful, even had a hair dryer. Lovely family with cute dog, great breakfast with many different options. There is the option to organise laundry and taxi.

This was one of my favourite rooms in Mirissa. The decor was modern. The Aircon was amazing. Kettle/coffee/tea/mini fridge. Family was lovely. Laundry service. Free inside parking. 5 mins walk to the beach.

Everything was really clean, and the room smelled amazing when we entered. The beds were comfortable, the location was great, and the breakfast was lovely. We stayed in a room with a balcony, and when we changed our plans and decided to travel back to Mirissa, this accommodation was available, so we didn’t hesitate to book it again. For us, it was the best accommodation for this price in all of Sri Lanka.

Family!

I had an amazing experience at FlipFlop Inn, located right in the heart of town and close to the best restaurants. One of the greatest advantages is that it’s tucked away from the noisy street yet still very close to the beach. The hosts were extremely kind and welcoming, helping us arrange rides to the safari and to the airport. The room included both a fan and air conditioning, and we loved spending our evenings on the cozy balcony. The shower also had hot water, which was fantastic!

I do wish the room had been a bit more spacious, but it wasn’t a major issue. The breakfasts were okay, though I would recommend exploring other local spots for meals rather than eating at the hotel.

The accommodation is very clean, comfortable and has air conditioning, fridge, mosquito net, hair dryer and shampoo. It's about a 7 minute walk to the beach, same to the city on the main street. It's about half an hour to coconut tree hill. The host communicated with us via Booking and responded quickly, when we needed a ride in heavy rain to the center of the main street (around the corner basically), he took us by tuktuk free of charge. Our host recommended a company for a whale watching trip. The host lent us a spoon when we bought yoghurt at the accommodation and didn't realise we didn't have cutlery. Breakfast was big and tasty. Great value for the price, helpful host, very nice and clean accomodation. Good wifi.

Location great minutes from beach, shops, restaurants. Very comfy bed and great shower and air con. Fab balcony and good Wi-Fi. Friendly and helpful owners.

Nothing everything was perfect

Great location close to the centre and to the beach. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and we had a small balcony with a table and 2 chairs.

Fabulous friendly family. Good communication when booking. Location was excellent for everything. We could hear the waves on the beach. Very quiet in a tiny road off the main road. Great breakfast and had a spicy curry waiting for us after a delayed journey. We will be returning next year! Thank you!
