Sri LankaHowever, the property has several downsides: there is no water heater in the room, and the balcony is shared instead of being individual. The room lacks basic amenities, and the bathroom is poorly organized. There are not enough staff members, and the breakfast menu is very limited. Overall, the property feels unorganized and needs improvement.
The beach is conveniently close to the accommodation. The staff were very friendly, and the room was spacious. Wi-Fi and parking are definite plus points for this property.”

SpainThe staff is really great and helpful. Is just 5 min walking to the beach (one of the best spots we found in Uppuveli). Breakfast was really good. We even went snorkeling early in the morning and they let us have a late breakfast. Rooms are big, and beds are comfy. The only problem is that the hotel is still under construction. And is really big for just four people working there (although they were great). So, not as clean as it could be, the shower do not drain properly, and a path to the beach is a little creepy as is an abandoned water park. BUT you get to see a lot of monkeys and mangooses :) Gracias!

The breakfast was lovely. We ordered Asian breakfast and preferred to have it on my floor. There was a table with four chair and I was able to sit and just enjoy our breakfast in peace. The location was amazing and the staff were kind. I stayed in 5 star hotels and four star hotels and then at Esha as it was convenient for me to travel to different places. At the start I was little wary due to the previous reviews, however this hotel was really nice. There were staff arnd 24/7 and they were very helpful. I felt I received a lot for the price I paid. Remember to read their orientation information and make requests according to their guidance. They can also arrange amazing boat trips to other islands.

The manager/owner told us of their expansion plans as we left (re opening the water park and having cabanas down on the beach front). Other than us being too early to enjoy these, there really isn't anything to dislike about Esha Beach Resort Rooms
Really straightforward - we were met in reception and were immediately greeted. All of the staff were all really friendly and had helpful suggestions of things we can do/see in the area. The beds were comfy and we loved the location! The brand new AC unit and ceiling fan worked a dream - where we were on the first floor we had sliding doors and access to a shared balcony. The owners and staff were really attentive and made sure we had eveything we needed and even though we'd only booked Esha 20 minutes before turning up they had our room ready for us which was fantastic!

G'day! Just wrapped up an absolute cracker of a holiday at this resort and had to jump on here to say—what a top spot! From the moment we rocked up, the staff were all smiles and made us feel right at home. Real warm, real welcoming—none of that fake stuff, just good vibes all round. The room? Spotless, comfy as, and the view was a total stunner. Waking up to the ocean and palm trees every morning—couldn't ask for better. Beds were comfy too, which is a win when you're knackered after a day exploring or lounging by the sea with a cold oneSpeaking of the sea—huge tick from me. Spent a good chunk of the arvo in there one day i stayed, beer in hand, soaking up the sun.the way go to the beach inside the resort it's not looking like a resort it's vibes like small jungle i saw peacock , rabbits, jungle squirrel, monkeys some different kind of birds i got shocked there some hotels near it we can say side by side totally different but it's looking good and expensive compared it to them they didn't altered there property they leave it like what it's look like . Nowadays lot of people are destroying nature to earn money the owner didn't do it. Sri LankaWe called him before we booked. He (owner) told me that I can get a room and the rate is 12k. Then I booked it via booking.com and my booking was confirmed. From booking.com it's only 10k. After we arrived at the hotel the receptionist said we can't get a room because they don't have water supply. Then we called the owner and he said they don't have a room now because it's already booked. So don't go to this place. The owner is a greedy one for money.
