The hotel was nice. The kids enjoyed the pool facilities. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Decent bedroom/bathroom facilities. A great location for restaurants and shopping, including the wine shop!

The hotel is incredibly beautiful, very well equipped, the rooms are spacious and very clean. It is located in the heart of the town, making it within easy walking distance of the various restaurants and shops. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from Ella station. It was my husband's birthday, and Ujith made us an in-room cake with candles! My husband even got a wrapped present before he left. A real sweetheart! The staff at this hotel go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable and unforgettable. Thank you so much Ujith!

CanadaI booked for 1 adult and three kids and the room said it would have two large beds. We had three twin beds, so two kids had to share a twin bed. For the price, I should have gone and argued it, but I was exhausted so we just swam in the pool and dealt with it.

United KingdomWiFi was very hit or miss. Our hot water cut out in the shower but after we called reception twice they sent someone to help us which was good. Our room only had partial lift access, which was fine for us but wouldn’t be for anyone needing step free access.
Big room and bathroom. Friendly staff. Was very clean. Perfect location for Ella central strip of restaurants and bars and walking distance for other key tourist locations.

Location was brilliant, just off the main strip. Had lunch in restaurant, kottu was great. Room was spacious and very clean. Asked for later check-out and was given it with no problems. Staff were very helpful and attentive. Definitely recommend staying here when visiting Ella.
