Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United KingdomWe were disappointed with this accommodation - it was in need of an update. The room was very small and not at all what it looked like on the photos. The hot water didn't work and it was quite chilly in the room. The staff were nice and the breakfast was good. It was overpriced for what it was.

United KingdomRoom was awful (top floor with lake view), paid extra for what we believed to be the best room they had, cracked window panes, patch repairs to the worn out carpet, gaps round balcony door, curtains hanging off, desperately in need of refurbishment,worst we have ever experienced,very cold overnight only supplied one blanket so we wore our coats to bed, very noisy from other guests and road, music til 1.30am and loud talking from 6am management did nothing, could not use the balcony as they were having a plastic & polystyrene bonfire below us. They wouldn't call us a tuktuk at night just told us to go down the road and wait for one, although they did get us one in the morning when we were leaving, also thought our lack of sleep was funny and blamed the indian guests! The place is a complete shambles. Would have got a better night's sleep on the pavement with the street dogs.
