The price is incredible cheap!!! There is swimming pool and the size ofe the room is ok. The towels were dirty and the air conditioner stop to work suddenly and nobody was answering till four hours later.

Communication is a bit lacking from the hosts. The communal kitchen is not clean, the sink is very mouldy but it was ok to make quick noodles with the kettle.

Lovely pool and breakfast. Quiet location, was a nice walk to the main drag of shops and restaurants, close to the train station.

It was lovely maybe a little revamp of certain areas like the washroom but the swimming pool was lovely

Such great value and very charming we were really well looked after by the fabulous family team 600 in a tuk tuk to the beach so not far out at all we had such a great family area with a big 1st floor balcony

A little bit out of the way, the bathroom wasn’t great and the toilet wasn’t working the whole time. We were also a little confused about breakfast because we were not told when it was happening. Do not let this put you off it was still amazing and would recommend it to everyone!

The Wi-Fi didn’t work too well for the duration of our stay.

Nice place. Good and clean rooms. The hotel is not new, but in good condition. The staff is very sweet and helpful. Breakfast was selection of eggs, toast, tea and fruit juice. This place is fantastic when looking at value for money… My best recommendation.. If you visit, you should try the cafe and the massage next door..

Water pressure not great for ladies washing hair Pool was quite dirty, was there for 3 nights and didn’t see it get cleaned once Staff didn’t speak English so no communication during check in or check out

The bathroom was too small and did not have hot water when taking a bath, and although it was mentioned that there was air conditioning, it did not function as expected. And I felt like breakfast should have more than this. In comparison to other hotels I have stayed at, I felt that the staff was a little less friendly.

Very beautiful garden with pool. Really tasty and big breakfast. Room (dorm) is nothing extra but just for sleeping totally fine. Hosts are also very lovely. You can use fridge and kettle to make tea or coffee. Totally recommend this place to stay.

Everything was really good. Fantastic familly who run that guesthouse are always so nice and help you with anything you need. Lovely place surraunded with jungle forrest and large swimming at the front. Huge thanks to all family who make our stay so special.

Probably I guess I came not in proper time because when I arrived at 2200 after long flight there were many local people conducting the ceremony and this ceremony was for 2 evenings and then there was another local holiday with many people arrived. Anyway, it was bothering me only during night time and in this reason it was not convinient to use swimming pool for me. Regarding breakfast you have to push host to serve your fruits or something more because it is not like on photo on booking. Location is quite far from the main route and the beach, for the 2nd day I rent the bike. The host closing the main gate after 2200 for security reason and for night life hang out if you are late you have to call host in order to open the gate for you. I will recommend this guest house only for few days for you arrival to Unawatuna, Sri Lanka.

Very good host,friendly and willing to help with any problems.
