It is a very nice facility where you can stay in Unawatuna. At the same time, the restaurant is quiet after 22:30. You can sleep comfortably. It is in a central location, about 10 minutes walking distance to the beach. There are many food and beverage options. It is spotlessly clean and you can stay comfortably.

A great place to stay in Unawatuna, it is situated on the main road with all the eateries and bars on there. The room is lovely and modern with a private balcony. The bathroom was new and modern. The rooms are above the restaurant so there is noise on the night, I enjoyed the live music and listening to it on my balcony. I arrived early on the day of my check in and the room was ready and I was given access straight away. The staff were lovely and friendly and very helpful in arranging an airport transfer for me, which was the cheapest one I was quoted for. Great place to stay and great value for the price.

There is a lot of noise from the restaurant and sometimes the street outside. The street is busy with a lot of cars, tuktuks and dogs. There is live music in the restaurant on wednesday and friday so you cannot really relax in the room until 10-11pm. We chose avocado & egg toasts for breakfast but 2 times out of 3 there was no avocado.

The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the beach. The breakfast was served by a lovely lady that let us check out 1 hour later. The room was well equipped with a big bed, fridge, hairdryer, safe and iron. We had 3 options for breakfast and we always got a delicious juice with it. Staff was very helpful.

The priority had a revamp in Dec 2024 and the room a really nice and clean, lovely modern bathroom with an amazing shower. The property is situated on the main beach road, very close to the beach and shops, the restaurant is very busy and serves delicious food. You can sit on your balcony and watch the monkeys playing in the trees, It’s a noisy busy road but everything closes down at 10pm and is very quiet.

Slight walk to the beach but still in a good location by shops and restaurants.

The shower is a thing of beauty, with the ability to shoot water from all angles! Comfortable bed and nice to have a balcony. Loved the music they played in the restaurant. Was able to check in early.

The water didn’t get hot and it was quite loud when the music was on but it finished by about 11 so not a problem

Everything more than expected!

This place is amazing. Perfect location on the main street, but even that, u wont feel any noisy at all from the street. Room very clean and spacious, odern and noce forniture. All staff so friendly and warm. Restaurant i didn t try but it is supposed to be one of the best nearby. Good breakfast, not too much and fresh. Optimum balance with price and quality service!! I extended my staying here as i felt soo confortable. The vibe you get here is quite unique! The owner as well very nice woman and helpful! Felt like at home!

We had difficulties with Wi-Fi. But this is a common problem in Sri Lanka. One time our air conditioner broke down and we waited all day for it to be fixed. Some problems always happen in life, but overall we were very pleased.

Sit down, it's a long story =) We stayed for almost two weeks with my family of 8 people. We rented 4 rooms. Our rooms were next to each other on the second floor, and we could spend the evenings together on the balconies. I liked the location of the hotel - close to both the main road and the beach. The room was cleaned at our request. The room has everything you need: iron, kettle, refrigerator. On the one hand, the rooms are arranged quite simply, on the other hand, there was enough everything. Of course, there are many animals around the hotel that you can watch: peacocks, small birds, chipmunks, several species of monkeys. This place is also a restaurant. We had lunch here several times - very tasty and beautifully served. My personal favorites are the tuna sashimi and tom yum. In the evenings there is often live music, but this does not disturb the room at all. And, by the way, an awesome selection of Britpop music plays all day long, special respect for that! Cool place, we liked it.

Wonderful products in the bathroom including hair conditioner and shampoo. Very large room with balcony and wet room, fridge, hairdryer and kettle. Great food.

Nothing. I only would have expected a universal adapter for the electrical sock.

Super comfortable, fresh and clean.. even shampoo, conditioner, hand and body soap available as facilities. Welcome juice and smiles. Good breakfast at convenience. The restaurant serves great fish also.
