The place was a little hard to find and is a bit far from Gregory Lake, but Google Maps guided us perfectly. Other than that, everything was more than average, truly excellent.

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms and washrooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment. Overall, it was more than just an average stay, truly excellent. I can definitely recommend this hotel to others.

We had an amazing stay at Country club hotel. It's close to Gregory Lake. The room was very clean. Sabesh was very kind & helpful and made exceptionally tasty breakfast. I would definitely recommend to stay here.

The location is a bit hard to get to with a van but nothing else

It was really cozy, the staff were really nice. We had a man named Sabesh and They arranged the breakfast at the time we wanted and it was delicious!! Also if we had any questions they helped us. We didnt know how to plug in the hairdryer and they fixed it for us

I don't know why, but there were many mosquitos at night, even with close windows. But you can try to ask a net or fumigator.

Staff is very flexible and cute. It was very cold during my stay, they gave me a heater - it was very nice. Rooms are quite cozy, and the furniture is stylish, thought a little dirty. Also, staff promised me to wash windows😊

There are so many flies around the area.

2 nights stayed at this B&B. We booked 2 rooms, and the rooms were good but pillow's need to be changed, which wasn't clean from inside. Staff are very kind and helpful. The toilet was good, but so many flies came inside through the toilet window and the balcony room. The first day, we had breakfast outside of the hotel, but we paid together with the rooms. because the area had many flies .we decided not to eat there. The area surrounded by nature needs to be treated. I saw other hotels they are treating surroundings to avoid flies and mosquitoes

Staff are very kind and helpful but I didn't like to stay there. You can't open the balcony window because of so many flies. Even in the toilet window, I advertised them to put net on both windows, even bathroom window. Pillows from inside were not clean and should be changed. Otherwise, it's B&B. I can't say more.

The stay was simply just awesome. The room had a nice view of the lake Gregory and the Lover's Leap waterfall. It was really spacious, clean and cozy. Location is not too far from the city centre, and walling distance to Lake Gregory. The staff was really friendly and they took every measure to make sure that their clients are comfortable. They actually came to pick up me and mom when it got a bit late and couldn't find our way. We are really grateful that they did so ensuring our safety. When it comes to food, I have no words to describe how delicious it was. We ordered Indian food, we got Idli and Dosa with 3 different side dishes. It was simply delicious and too filling. Despite the cold weather that freeze up the Dosa batter, they made sure to serve piping hot food that fits perfectly with the cold weather. Couldn't forget the milk teas they served us as well.. it had the perfect proportion of tea: milk: sugar.

Thank you Country Club, we had a great stay in Nuwara Eliya, and we will be back soon. Rooms were very clean and big. The food was great and it was very easy for us to get to Gregory Lake from the hotel. Special thanks to Vincent for the warm hospitality and attentiveness.

We really had a great time at Country Club Nuwara Eliya. The rooms were very clean, and spacious and we loved the lobby with beautiful views of the Gregory lake. Winson the caretaker was very helpful and attentive and made us a lovely breakfast and dinner for our preference. We will be back for sure !

The route to the hotel was a bit too steep and a bit far from main road but that doesnt stop from going there again. The pros overshadows the cons.

The staffs were great, especially Sabesh. the rooms were cozy and comfortable. Well worth the price. They had ameneties like mini fridge, coffee maker with tea bags, coffee and creamer which wasnt available even available in few star hotels.

The location was very convenient to access to the main town and couple of main attractions in Nuwera Eliya. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The caretakers are irresponsible. They won't understand. You have to literally tell all things twice. If we need something we had to come all the way downstairs to collect or ask something . Waste of money. You will not be given toiletries. If asked for they wil say we have provided shampoo and shower gel
