This is an absolutely wonderful place to stay if you are on a trip to Tangalle as this property is just 400meters away from Tangalle town. and close to the nearest attractions, easy access to transport, and wonderful seafood restaurants. The hotel met our expectations and we stayed in the same room we have booked online. and everything was perfect. The rooms are spacious. The food was fantastic, we have been swimming in the sea, walked on a beach and it`s been very relaxing, so definitely we will be back and would recommend this hotel for the travelers who are on a budget. Although the building is from 2017 it already needs TLC and renovation. The new owner since 2025 is working very hard to move things forward. We wish him the best!

The location is great: right on the beach. We got dinner served on the beach, which was fantastic. The rooms were large and comfortable with good A/C and fine beds. Personel went all the way to cater to our needs. We had a good time.

Could be done a few things on cleanliness and changing towels and bringing toilet paper regularly :) .

Unbelievable endless sandy beach, great sunny location, no crazy crowds. Restaurants and downtown Tangalle easy walking distance, Spacious room and great garden.

Out of my five trips to Sri Lanka, this is the first hotel that I do not recommend. A dubious hotel, it seems normal from the outside, but inside everything is falling apart, the photos here does not correspond to reality. There is a wedding hall that is not listed in the hotel description, and you can hear loud music all the time, so if you are looking for a quiet place to relax or work, don't count on it. The restaurant is not available during the wedding even during breakfast, you will be served outside where there is no AC or fan and flies comes. Wi-Fi is very weak and unavailable in the rooms, even mobile internet does not work well inside of the premises. Half of the facilities listed in the room description are not actually available, just like the rooms are said to have a sea view but are not. There is direct access to the beach from the hotel, but there are no sunbeds, which is very strange and not convenient for hotel which situated on the first line. During my stay there seemed to be no one else there, I was surprised, but then it became clear to me why.

No hot water and I was told that only after I booked. Bed sheets were not clean. Towels as well. Hotel is not propery maintained, it was old & dirty. there were not so many people staying there but I can understand why

not much dirty in the room. The bathroom has a weak pressure of hot water. saw about 3 cockroaches in the room.

Great location - we fell asleep to the sound of the ocean. large bathroom, balcony with a beautiful view. fridge in the room and free water is a great option. loved the breakfast outside with a great view

Simple Sri Lankan breakfast. Very good and tasty. Beach front and central of the tangalle. Clean and comportable room . Ecellant room service by Avishka . Qiuck service and superb dinner form menu.

this hotel is by far the best we have stayed in whilst travelling Sri Lanka. for such a reasonable price we had a large, clean double room with a flatscreen tv and a rather large 2 course breakfast.
