The only downside for me was that the seaview room we chose was right above the bar so you had music playing until around 10:30 at night. Alright for most but for us old farts who are in bed early we had to use earplugs. Other than that we had a pleasant stay.

Fantastic location, right on the beach and just a short walk from the coastguard tower where at 17:30 you can watch the baby turtles being released. The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for you. Tea, coffee and water provide in the room.

Room service can improve. E.g. replenishment of toilet paper, coffees etc. when room is cleaned. I had to keep asking for this.

Some of the restaurant staff did not thoroughly care about the questions we asked and did not see any willingness to help us. When we were walking to our rooms, an old local lady suspiciously questioned from us where we are going. We got wondered why we were questioned like that since we have paid and booked a room for 2 nights. We observed that they mainly focus on foreign travellers and pay less attention towards local guests. But some of the hotel staff and that old lady should understand that they cannot determine the purchasing power of people by segregating them as foreign and local tourists.

the beds blankets were not enough, but i requested 2 more and they gave it to me. single room does not have even a kettle!

the location is great, the hotel is right away on the beach. you just jump from bed and go to the beach. sunbeds are free for the residents. food is pretty good, but the breakfast is not diversative. i only ate fish during my stay!

Breakfast was not included in the package. At least a kettle and tea bags/coffee sachets could be provided. We had to ask for a kettle to be provided to us.

If you are allergic to some mould, don't book. Value for money is the location not so much the room. The room is just to sleep, other time is spent on the beach lounges.

Food quality and restaurant staff. The staff is generally very ignorant and you need to literally raise your hand and look around to get someone. The serving staff is also ill-informed about the menu and they generally don’t have answers for food requests.

I was made to wait 5 hrs before check in just because they had extended the room to the previous guest without making any alternate arrangement. Water heater operation pathetic.

Food was good but expensive and service questionable. The restaurant was very busy in the evenings with non residents hence the staff's focus was detracted from guests. The room was not serviced during our 3 night stay.

Room size was a bit small and there was no mirror so we had a little trouble to get ready. We accidentally lost our key in the ocean and we had to pay 2k extra for losing the key which was overrated though they already had duplicate key .
