Close to the beach but nice quiet location. Lots of restaurants close by and along the beach. Great breakfast. Thish was very helpful.

Due to a lack of ventilation in the bathroom, there were lots of ants. If this could be fixed, then 10/10.

Great location. The host was very welcoming when I arrived. He instantly connected me to the Internet and recommended me places to visit. He also gave me a drink which was lovely and refreshing. The room was large and had what was needed for my 2 night stay. Very welcoming.

The hotel is a 3-minute straight shot walk to Mirissa Beach. It's a short walk to many cafes and restaurants. It has a nice little garden and the lower level rooms have patios, though you need good mosquito repellant to enjoy them. The staff were really friendly and kind.

Nothing major but the ants seem to get everywhere, especially in the bathroom as the window wouldn’t shut.

Large room with a huge comfy bed. The location is excellent and the staff there were awesome. Super friendly and helpful with suggestions of what to do etc. Nice balcony area for the upstairs rooms. We also had a fridge in the room which is always beneficial.

I enjoyed everything about my stay at the hotel. The staff was super friendly. Also gave us good advices. Upgraded my room for free. Even exchanged money for us at the market. The rooms are very big. Its possible to wash the clothes at the property. We were very happy to stay there. Would definitely recommend it. And hope to come back soon. Just 3 min from the beautiful Mirissa Beach.

Shower pressure & temperature could have been better (not an issue in the heat!!!)

Perfect location very close to the beach, with some amazing restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff - Thishan was an excellent host & organised whale watching tour for us the day before. Delicious breakfast also.

It is by far our best stay in Sri Lanka. The best part - staff. Hotel manager was extremely helpful, he answered WhatsApp messages instantly in the morning or in the evening. He wrote us about important events like power outage in Mirissa. He often asked us if everything is okay and gave us a lot of recommendations what to do in Mirissa. Lastly, when we were checking out, we had a lot of trouble catching uber (shady drivers). He offered us to call a taxi and offered us a coffe and water while we were waiting. Rest of the stuff was also really nice, always helpful. We ordered some food to our room, I asked for a plate, we got full set of plates, knifes, and forks with tissues, they also asked if we want water. Room was really fine with working AC and a fan, mosquites net around the bed. Bed was comfortable. A bathroom was good, well equiped with cosmetics. My favorite part about the room was a balcony with a beautiful view on a garden. Sometimes you could see monkeys on the trees. Breakfast was a regular breakfast similar to what we saw in other hotels - omlette, bread, jam, fruits and tea or coffee. Location is perfect, a walking distance to a lot of restaurants, turist spots and beach. 15 minutes tuktuk drive to Weligama Beach, where you can surf. I totally recomend that place, don't hesistate to book.

Good location to go to the beach and to parrot Rock. Thanks to the staff who were kind and helpfull .They gave us tips for the places to visit Mirissa.There were enough amenities in the room.

I had such a great stay! The place was clean, quiet, and in a perfect spot—really close to the beach. The breakfasts were fresh and really tasty. Thish was an awesome host—really friendly and helped me sort out everything for my trip to Udawalawe National Park and Ella. Made everything so easy. I recommend stay here!

Can't think of much, great value for money!

Amazing location, bang opposite Mirissa beach. Nice cozy property with incredibly helpful and prompt staff. Special shoutout to Nadee who handled all our requests, advised us on local sights and confectionaries and also helped arrange taxi's at reasonable fares to/from airport and Sigiriya. Wonderful experience overall.

This is by far the best place we stayed at in Sri Lanka for the past two weeks...we loved it so much we wanted to extend our stay but it was fully booked, and I understand why. The accommodation provides western standards with plenty of toiletries available (shower gel and shampoo) tea and coffee and a kettle and water, it is spotlessly clean, delicious breakfast and extremely kind and welcoming staff. Its location could not be better, quiet but only 150 meters from the beach, close to all shops and restaurants. We really welcomed the ice cold juice and cold towels we were provided with upon arrival. We were also offered free bottles of water when we left, which was a nice touch. Highly recommended, we would stay here again in a flash bit and would suggest it to everyone who is thinking of a relaxed and comfortable accomoddation in Mirissa.

Nothing to complain

The staff were very friendly. Unfortunately, we had to check in late and check out early, so we didn't get to enjoy the place very much. The bed was comfortable, and it had a mosquito net. The room had air conditioning.

Great location for exploring Mirissa, close to the beach but set back from the main road. Lovely garden and friendly staff. My room was spacious, clean and had a lovely balcony. Would happily recommend to a friend!

Good location, lovely setting. The staff & owners were amazing. They were so friendly & helpful. We had a late flight on the day we left & they looked after our luggage - and let us shower & change in their own house. Lovely warm people; 3 generations of family living there.

There can be really big waves at the nearby beach - listen to the staff and if you are new to surfing, go to another beach, only 6 km away. Otherwise you risk injuries.

Great hotel located near the beach with a nice garden and comfortable rooms. The staff is very helpful and friendly, do not hesitate to ask for advice. Good breakfast.
