The owner of the house is not good and disrespectful and thinks only about you that you are only money.

The location is amazing but the value of the room is much expensive than what we find because it doesn’t fit the price the old man there is kind but the owner which is the son is very rude and disrespectful and not welcoming

Lovely little hotel run by the best hosts. Close to some great restaurants and bars and of course the fabulous beaches. The room was comfortable and a good size and the breakfast was the best we've had in Sri Lanka. The hosts are lovely and always wanted to make sure we had all we needed. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The property is relatively clean, though it’s clear that its best years are behind it and it could have renovation

The owner is very kind, he and his family are very dedicated, helpful, and take great care of their guests. The breakfasts are decent, mainly consisting of fruit, yogurt, egg hoppers, and omelets. However, you can easily ask for additional items like dhal or boiled eggs. The property is relatively clean. The beach is just a few steps away, across the street. We had a lovely time here.

The property is located on a busy road however rooms facing out back overlook a quiet garden. Room was spacious and clean. Host was very friendly and helpful. Offered us a light lunch on our whale watching day in lieu of breakfast. Breakfast (had next day) was a great spread of yoghurt, fruits, hoppers, omelette and toast (plus tea/coffee and juice). Proximity is a little out of the main hub but means it’s quieter and there area number of restaurant options within easy walking distance of the property. Would recommend.

The facilities are a little bit old. The room we stayed is close to the main road, which is a little bit noisy. But they are not the very serious problem.

Our room had a slightly odd smell .. we ended up buying incense to solve the issue. Hosts were well intentioned but felt somewhat overbearing.

There was a bit to much noise for my taste as we were placed facing the big street. So if possible I would recommend a garden room.

The family are extremely sweet and we felt very welcome at this small villa. The rooms were big and comfortable and the breakfast was very nice.

The bed was fabulous!! 4 post dark wood double bed with mosquito net but you dont need to use it. No mosquitos at all. Very clean no bugs. Batroom cement minamilist. I really like that simplicity. Good shower, waater warm right away. lots of towels. Lux room has a wonderful terrace with 2 chairs you can sit anytime and look out at the beautiful palm trees. might even see a monkey! Great air conditioning, refrigerator and WIFI was Excellent!! I could watch Prime and Netflix no problem on my laptop. Use ZOOM and make calls with WhatsAPP. The staff was SO attentive. I needed needle and thread he found some for me. They always ask if you want more tea or bread at breakfast. Location. Beach was right across the street. Bus anywhere just to the left to catch day or night. I am female traveling alone. I felt very comfortable.
