Great staff who were always happy to help out. The location is just a short stroll to the beach where you’ll find a lovely little restaurant - you can chill all day here on their lounges and enjoy the hospitality. Kicking back and doing not a lot here was just what we needed.

The room was not very clean to be honest

Sunrise from the terrace is magical. Private access to the beach where you can see fishermen at sunset. The view and the atmosphere were exceptional. I didn’t like the resort itself… but the staff were beyond helpful… they provided us a scooter for rent and a taxi to Kandy… they were so friendly.

The kitchen provided for guests has limited equipment. The dining table is in the front lobby.

- Great swimming pool. - Convenient but small (limited menu) restaurant - large room - walking distance to beach - staff arranged a car to pick me up at a reasonable price - staff offered me a choice of rooms so I wouldn't have to deal with stairs.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and nice- they went above and beyond especially to the young man who took me to the temple and picked up my tshirt. Nice pool and close to the beach however for us the area of Uppuveli had more going on. We felt for the price things could have been a little better - free water, softer towels, shower gel/shampoo. But these are small things. We did like the communal kitchen area and fridge.

- room was clean, but the bathroom looked like it wasn’t properly cleaned for a longer time, only wiped out after previous guests - not a big issue if you stay for 1 night

The surroundings are disgusting. No beach access, a lot of litter.

The hotel itself is pretty good. Staff is helpful, food is tasty. They served early breakfast for us.

The floor of the terrace was not swept so our feet got very gritty when we used it and there was no mat to wipe our feet when we came back inside the hotel from the roof. We needed more cloths for cleaning the kitchen. That would make it easier to keep it clean.

The resort was very accommodating. We arrived very early but they gave us a room straight away. They gave us a lift in a car to collect hired bicycles and to the bus station when we left. The kitchen was good to have and there were lots of places to sit. The roof terrace was very pleasant with nice views. It was very close to the beach which was good for swimming. It was also interesting to watch the fishermen pulling in their nets in the afternoons. The swimming pool was lovely and it was great to be able to use it any time.

Quietly tucked away with a sweet little pool to relax in. They have a well equipped community kitchen that guests can use, fabulous views of the sea and a lovely roof top terrace.

Perhaps combine the hot and cold shower in the bathroom - separate shower heads for hot and cold is a little difficult. However it was so warm I didn’t use the hot water at all!

Although it's handy having the restaurant onsite, it's average and not cheap. The view across to the beach is ruined by a strip of land covered in trash. The crows are numerous and loud.

I have cancelled the booking because my friend booked for another day.Staff and food was really nice.I had a issue with cleanness.once I inform, they solve it immediately. All are very good here.100 meters from the beach
