The pictures of the room didn't represent the whole reality. The room with a beautiful curtain didn't cover a real window. I requested to leave the room after two days and fortunately it was approved by the owner not to pay for the whole booked stay (I just couldn't stay in the room without a proper window and view for 6 days). Also there was no coffee and tea set with a cattle as shown in the picture. Bathroom window had a nest not properly installed, so mosquitoes would fly in easily.

Very good customer service of the guy at the reception willing to help out and answer any question. Great location very close to the beach.

My only feedback was that the mattress was a little uncomfortable, but that's just being picky

The manager, Saji, was very helpful. He arranged scooters and laundry service for us. The room and adjoining ensuite were clean and had everything we needed (including a great aircon). The location was unreal - 2 minute walk to a beautiful beach. .

The shower pressure was an issue and in general I would say the property shows that it’s not new.

Stayed for 4 Nights- the owner Saji was super friendly and really tried his best to make the stay comfortable - he also provided good breakfast, nice recommendations and travel tips. Location wise it’s close to the Beach and some Beach Restaurants! Facility wise the room was clean and the bed comfortable. I would say it was a great value Pick and for the Money we spent we really enjoyed our stay.

We really loved our stay in this hotel, the rooms matched our expectations, and the breakfast was delicious and filling! Our host, Saji, is a really fun guy, he helped us with good advices and even organized the dolphin tour and the pigeon island snorkeling. For lunch and dinner it's a short walk through the beach to some good touristic restaurants (expect touristic prices)

One of our rooms wasn't ready at 2 pm. And the other one, with 2 beds, left little space to move around. Another room that we saw had no windows. Also, no credit card payment was possible, and we were only informed during check-out when our taxi was already waiting. Management could be more polite/professional, too.

Rooms are very small and ours was not ready at the check in time as apparently previous guest didn’t check out in time (don’t know why this was accepted when it was clear we would arrive at the check in time as announced via mail?) When we got the room it was not fully cleaned, we didn’t get towels and sheets and had to ask multiple times to get them. When we finally got them, they first round of sheets we were handed were still dirty and smelly so when I returned them to get fresh ones, eyes where rolled like I was complaining over nothing (sorry to ask for fresh sheets in a hotel?!) The room we had was next to the reception so we could hear even quiet talking as if the people were in our room, some guys were watching a movie in their room and we couldn’t sleep as it was so loud in ours. All in all very basic hotel. Close to beach but not the pretty part of uppuveli. Unfortunately we can’t really recommend it…

Parking was unsecure at hotel. Behind hotel there was a big parking space. But no locked gate.

The front boy who works very nice. Nicely welcome us. Arranged snorkeling for us. It was awesome. Enjoyed alot. One most important thing do not have heavy breakfast. We got sea sickness due to heavy breakfast.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. The rooms were clean and comfortable, ensuring a relaxing experience. The best part is that It’s located right next to the beach, offering stunning views and easy access to the ocean. Plus, they offer a variety of water sports at discounted prices—great for adventure seekers! The rooms are spotless and cozy, and the service is incredibly welcoming. The hotel is roughly an 8-minute tuk-tuk ride from the city center, with a beach at the back mainly used by local fishermen. I also saw tourists from nearby hotels exploring the area, so it likely gets lively during peak season. The nightly rate is quite affordable compared to other accommodations. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
