Top notch spotless flat, pool and location on the beach. Walking distance to all nearby restaurants and diving centers. Owners Rory and Elaine are wonderful hosts who made us feel very much at home, and their staff took great care of us. Thanks for a memorable holiday.

I have visited Sri Lanka now for 5 times and this appartment definitely belongs to the 5 best places I have been to. It is large with a comfortable and beautiful welcoming interior. The kitchen has a lot of equipment which fulfills every wish to cook inside. Not a single thing missing and expectations were exceeded. From the living room you have a beautiful sea view and can hear the views. The building is very quiet. Beach towels and sunbeds are provided. A big plus was the fast, easy and very friendly and helpful conversation with the owner. All staff members were also very friendly and helpful. Definitely a beautiful, clean and spacious place for your stay in Nilaveli (Trincomalee). Loved it.

We stayed here with our two young daughters. The apartment felt like a home away from home. Everything we needed was there. The kitchen was fully stocked. The apartment was bright and clean with the added bonus of blackout curtains so that the sunrise didn't wake us up. It was comfortable and close to the beach. The gardens were beautiful and the pool was refreshing. We stayed an extra night because it was so incredible. The host, Rory, has excellent communication skills and he was very kind. There was free wifi and it worked very well.

It is a bit off the beaten path which made it very peaceful but also requires walking or a tuktuk when wanting to go into the town. The restaurant in the complex was okay at best but there are some good restaurants be t door.

Directly at the beach with own sunbeds and pool - it was perfect. It is only a short ride to pigeon island and there is a guard at the beach entrance during the day. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We loved our stay here.

We would have preferred a better view from the apartment, however we did get a peek of the sea from the lounge area and the main bedroom. Next time we would book one of Rory and Elaine’s other apartments if they were available.

The apartment was immaculately clean with good quality linens. The kitchen is well-equipped with a water cooler, washing machine and even a toasted sandwich maker. The bathrooms aren’t shown in the photos, but I can confirm that they are high quality and very clean like the rest of the apartment. The communication from Rory was excellent and we had no trouble checking in. The local staff were very helpful. The pool area is nicely done and we enjoyed having the mats to lie on the grass when there were no loungers available. The beach out front is excellent and the sea beautiful to swim in, with no sea lice!

Very comfortable and luxerious appartement on the quite and pristine beach of Nilaveli. After a few days with less comfort, we truly enjoyed this well equipped appartment for a few nights. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and we even made Dutch pancakes here for our kids.

Our family spent two weeks there. It is a modern apartments in a quiet place at oceanside, with all necessary appliances. Housekeepers and host are very friendly and easy to connect. They are always ready to help you with accommodation.

Since the keys are not provided for the doors in the flat, it happened twice that accidently, we locked a door with the knob and could not open it anymore ourselves. The key treasurer had to come and unlock the doors. That is a bit annoying, as it just happens very easily that you hit the button on the door knob unintentionally. Having said that, getting the door unlocked was very smooth and quick - very helpful staff, but felt bad for bothering them twice.

Wonderful apartment with an amazing equipment. The host is extremely attentive and available for any support. Also the staff on the ground is very helpful, discreet and kind. It is a great flat, right next to the beach. A little bliss, really!
