There’s stray dogs loitering inside dining area and cats entering inside the bar.

The receptionist was helpful and attend to me when I raise a concern.

Hard to find. Even Google Maps don’t now where to go. Breakfast had no choices sadly. Don’t agree with a copy of ID, want to make a picture of the passport. When getting water by your breakfast you get the bill later.

I kept my air pods near the bed and forgot.house keeping next day cleaned the room. When I enquired about my airpods hotel management said they never found it.

Property is excellent and food is also good.

The beach access being completely blocked by a reef which was not disclosed. Not having a lift though rooms were allocated in the 3rd floor.

Breakfast was excellent. The support staff went out of the way to provide variety and tasty food (we are vegetarians). On one of the days, we had to start early for whale watching, and we were very delighted when the staff packed breakfast well ahead of time and provided to us to have later.

Our stay was amazing, the view from the room is beautiful! Great location, super kind and helpful staff, great breakfast… we highly recommend it! There is a great place to rent scooter just next door which is super practical

The staff were impeccable: very helpful and friendly. It was very clear that they were proud of their country. All staff members were on hand to help at all times of the day. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful. The pool area was nice and tidy. We were able to see lots of turtles from the patio one afternoon. Rooms were a good size and have view of the sea.

Not much really. I guess the room was a little dated (Executive Suite, so not cheap) in some ways but this didn't detract from our stay.

Pool, bar and the restaurant front directly onto the ocean where sea turtles pass by and local fishermen catch fish you can later eat for dinner,! Quite wonderful. Staff were genuinely caring, attentive and lovely.

When in the room using air conditioner or fan in bathroom it brought the smell of cigarette smoke into the room.

The location is fab right on the beach. Lovely pool and bar was great super cocktails. The room was comfortable and clean. Staff were super helpful with tuktuks, laundry and anything else we needed

We found the staff at beach and bliss very friendly and helpful our waiter and reception especially on our last day thankyou both ruwan and tusith. We found it was very laid back and relaxing. It was lively to here the sea, and to see the turtles heads popping out of the water. THANKYOU ALL

The only downside to the hotel is the rooms could be cleaner, not in the sense that I was upright dirty, but the fatalities in rooms was quite worn I would say.

The service was amazing, the staff met us with a smile every time and they were very helpful. A extra big thanks to Gayan that looked after us, he had good humor and made sure our stay was that more great and memorable. The hotel lays right next to beach, with great views, so we enjoyed that quite a bit, overall a good stay and would recommend.

Initial hiccups on maintenance issues with swimming pool and air conditioning, though the team fixed, it could have been avoided through pre-checks.

The location was great next to the beach with swimming pool. Gayan from the restaurant was keep entertaining throughout the stay and show us turtles. Front desk and maintenance team were also great.

A fantastic spot on the very edge of the beach. Lots of turtles to see whilst you are sat having food. Breakfast was great. Lunch choices and drinks were also great. Dayan who runs the bar is a fantastic guy. He couldn’t do more for you if he tried. Really made our stay fantastic. Room was spacious, comfy and the AC was great. Place is only 15/20 minutes walk to Mirissa beach or a 3 minute journey by Tuk Tuk. The only thing (and this is being picky) is there could be more sun beds on the decking area instead of chairs and tables. But due to being a small hotel, this wasn’t a problem to get one.

Was a little far from the shops/restaurants but cheap enough tuktuk, also fairly far from the main beach but again cheap tuktuk, we got a suite which was huge but quite dated, overall a good place to stay.

Great sized room, also provided us a packed lunch for our early start. Pool area is nice but wouldn’t recommend swimming in the sea as rocky out front

Nothing specific with the hotel but just be aware that there is no beach here. It is rocky and waves here are very strong, but it's a great experience watching the ocean

Everything about the stay was great. View from the rooms is breathtaking. They even have a outdoor jacuzzi.

We had to leave and we wanted to extend our stay and arrive earlier. Also people who aren’t staying in the hotel can use the pool, loungers and when there’s limited loungers this isn’t ideal or feel safe. 20 min walk to main restaurants
