It was not reall clean. The curtains and the Windows could need some refreshment, but I think this has more to do with the building itself than the workers. Some renovations wouldn't be tooo bad.

Great Beachfront Stay with Friendly Staff I had a lovely stay at Coral Rock by Bansei in Sri Lanka. It advertise a beach there isn’t one! Air conditioning first night leaked water out and then second night the control wouldn’t work so we was without this which wasn’t good with it been so warm

The real perk of this hotel is the pool and steps right down to the beach, so wonderful. We also had a balcony overlooking the water, ideal for relaxing and watching the sunset! The breakfast was lovely, the staff were very attentive and the rooms were comfortable enough.

I booked a massage and expected pampering experience. Massager was good, but the space where they give treatments is bad. No sense of calmness, luxury or detail to customer care experience. Don't get massage here, find a proper spa.

Our room was on the road side of the building but we still enjoyed it. Breakfast had great options and we liked it very much. Great pool where you can enjoy ocean view.

There was nothing we didn't love

Fab stay after a couple of nights of noisy trains at our last accommodation. Staff were really helpful and a few spoke really good English. Sian was lovely to chat with at breakfast time. Lovely pool and sea view, and the area was kept clean and tidy. Breakfast was amazing and well worth it ( buffet of busy days and set menu on other days). The rooms have safes. Hot showers were great, really comfortable beds (honestly not like stone) and good air-conditioned rooms with fans. I wish we would have been her thw whole 3 days we stayed in Hikkaduwa, thanks for an amazing stay all...much love Roberta and John. Xx

The room was not clean and it was very old fasioned. There were bugs in the shower. It's such a pity that a hotel auch an amazing view is so ruined down. Windows are not sound proof - althoug I like the sound of waves, after some time they were very bothering and very noisy during the night.

Almost everything except what I wrote above. The bed linen was not changed once in 4 days, I stayed at the hotel with my 4-year-old daughter, but they gave me only one bath towel as if she didn't exist. You can only pay with physical card or cash. I don't want to continue because me and my kid tried to feel good and I don't want to spoil my memories. This is the fourth time I have arrived in Sri Lanka and this was the worst experience so far.
