I chose a fan room but it was so hot in Sigiriya I wish I had picked an aircon room.

Bandula and his wife were wonderful hosts. The rooms were big and the bed was comfy. Water pressure was pretty good and they have a small shop on-site and a small restaurant. It is also very close to lots of restaurants.

Not really anything

Very lovely place. Calm, clean and beautiful garden. It was close to the city and all of the restaurants, but still a little walk away in a calmer area. The room and bathroom were clean. One of the best places we stayed in Sri Lanka until now. Bandula was very helpful with transport to the Pidurangala Rock at 5 am, and also helping with our laundry for an amazing price.

Me and my boyfriend, we really loved our stay in Bandulla Homestay. The location was good, the breakfast and the dinner we had was really tasty! The family helped in everything we needed and they even took us to the bus stand when we were leaving Sigiriya. I highly recommend this home stay :)

Musquito net was too small for bed, so sleeping wasnt comfortable. Also just a standing fan wasnt enough, very hot Still great price quality

We liked the location, close to many restaurants and to Sigiriya rock. It has mosquito net and nice garden views with table and chair to chill. The owner is friendly and the breakfast is included.

Very good value for money. The host is such a nice person. Breakfast was good. Mr. Bandula was accommodating when we wanted breakfast a little early as we wanted to head out early for hiking before it got too hot. We did have a frog visitor in the evening in the room, just in case anyone does not like frogs. Good wifi. Easy to rent bicycles from nearby places. Mr. Bandula also cooked dinner for us one night and it was great.

The bathroom wasn’t very clean and there was a light on outside that we couldn’t turn off and it came in through the window. Nothing too bad :-)

The owner was very kind and helpful. He made us delicious roti for breakfast and gave us good advice about the area.

Nothing, good value for money!

It’s not a luxurious accommodation but you get everything what you need! Comfortable beds, bathroom with hot shower. delicious breakfast is included in the price. Good location. They can do laundry for you for a small extra charge. The owner is very friendly!

The room was very clean, however I'd sometimes find frogs in the en-suite washroom. Bandula's home stay is very close to nature, so it is kind expected.

Super friendly and helpful owner (Bandula), really appreciated the fresh morning breakfasts and help with sorting transfers to Pidurangala and the local bus stop. The location is 10-20 min walking distance from the main strip in Sigiriya. Overall great stay!

I really enjoyed that night. The prices here were very cheap, but everything was available! The Wi Fi here is the smoothest of all hotels, and the landlord is also very enthusiastic. They will tell us about nearby attractions and take us to the station when we leave-for free！
