The floor was quite dusty on arrival, and the bedsheets were a bit marked.

The outdoor bathroom was fantastic, such an exciting touch. The host was very helpful in helping my partner arrange some flowers for me as we got engaged. The bed was comfy. The location was also great.

Unfortunately, this was our least favorite stay during our trip. When we arrived, there was no one to greet us, and the house looked abandoned with the door wide open, which felt unsafe for a group of girls. The room didn’t meet our expectations — the bed sheets were damp and had stains, and overall the place felt unclean and uncomfortable. The outdoor bathroom was expected, but it wasn’t well-maintained, and taking a shower was not a pleasant experience.

The location looked nice in the photos, and the concept of the place seemed interesting at first. It could have potential with better care.

Had a nice stay here! The room is nicely decorated and very spacious. The outside bathroom was the highlight, i really enjoyed taking a shower outside. Chamee is a really friendly host, he was very caring. It's a nice place to stay in Mirissa, very quiet also.

The bed was a bit hard. I think the property would also be a lot more inviting if the hall space and reception area was not so bland - maybe some decorations or some pictures on the wall. It feels a little abandoned when you first enter especially as there was also a small broken window pane.

What I disliked mostly about the rooms and house is cleaning. It is obvious the place wasn’t cleaned properly as there was many spots on floor, bedding and carpets. The place has a lot of potential but improvements should be made.

It’s located close to many good restaurants and bars, location and wifi was very good. Staff was friendly and easy to communicate. The rooms r newly renovated.

The host of the facility is a very kind and friendly person, but running the facility itself requires more effort. The facility is very superficially cleaned. The floor itself was covered in stains, that required just a little water and soap to get rid of, also, the rugs, and the covers on the tables were dirty. The mattress is very hard, but that's a matter of personal preference, while the pillows have a very unpleasant smell of sweat. I've covered the pillow with my shirt during the night because the scent was really strong, and I didn't feel comfortable to sleep on it. The house has a lot of potential, because it is in a very good location, and the initial decoration went in the right direction. It would be a shame if it "fails" due to "just chill and take it easy" way of managing.

Cozy and comfortable room. Outdoor private bathroom is cool. The owner was very polite, helpful and professional and even booked us an auto early morning for our whale watching tour. The WiFi is the only thing I would upgrade a bit :)

The conditions could be better for the price. The place was not clean enough, there were stains on the floor. The toilet is outside, which is not very handy. And after 4am you can hear very loud prayers so it is difficult to sleep.

I had an absolutely perfect stay at this property. The place has recently been renovated and it is as great as the pictures show. The outdoor bathroom was a unique touch - spacious, incredibly clean and giving “Bali” vibes. The location was perfect as well, quiet and yet very close to the beach and restaurants. Staff was absolutely exceptional. Can’t recommend this place enough for a memorable and comfortable stay! I’ll definitely be back.
