We came at the end of the season, so some repairs needed...like curtain, stuck sink, restaurant had not much food and the beach was not 100% clean. but nothing big to complain.

Its a nice place, room was clean and tidy...Position is great, its not loud and very private. I can recommend to a family.

WIFI has to be in rooms as well ! Rooms need maintenance (hooks in bathroom , place to put shower gel inside shower , doors need to be fixed )

It’s a lovely hotel but just needs a bit of a clean and TLC - the pool especially. There were always dead insects in the water and a black ring around the top (just old sun cream and sweat) which stains swimwear. The child’s car seat in our transfer car was broken so we couldn’t use it. Also, the single bed added to the room was in really poor condition - rust falling off it and very uncomfortable.

The staff were awesome - happy, friendly and very accommodating. The hotel was in a nice, quiet area just off the main strip. Breakfast was lovely.

Great location right on the beach. It was nice being able to go for a swim in the ocean or float in the pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They had a nice restaurant with daily fresh seafood specials and bar. The rooms were clean and tastefully decorated with high ceilings and a cute balcony.

Small parking. In Our traveled date hotel was fully booked so its difficult to manage parking. We really impress more every staff members can treat guest like thiliny and give most welcome to guest.

Location is exceptional. Easy access to the beach. Staff member thilini doing tremendous job. She is more friendly and guided us for more attractions near at hotel. Average comfortably rooms.

The pool area was not cleaned very thoroughly with rubbish left lying around. The beach would also have benefited from someone spending just a couple of minutes each morning picking up the litter around the cabanas. They do serve evening meals but the food was ridiculously priced and horrible. We ate there on our first night becuase we didn't have the energy to venture in to town after 20 hours of traveling and were not impressed. We never saw anyone else eating there during our 5 night stay, they are missing a trick becuase the dining area is a lovely setting by the pool overlooking the sea and it would be a great place to enjoy a nice meal if they could get a chef. Lastly the hotel is a beautiful design but not maintained to a high standard, we had broken fixtures and fittings in both of our rooms, holes in ceilings, wires hanging out of walls with no light fittings etc - it needs a bit of attention so that the interior matches it's grand design.

Nice quiet location just a 5 minute tuk tuk ride to Hikkaduwu with all its shops and restaurants. Lovely expanse of beach with cobanas for afternon snoozing. Rooms were comfortable with good A/C. The staff were friendly and helpful.

No room service, there was no blanket, upon asking for it, it was kept at the reception and we had to go and collect it from there. Insects and ants shared the room with us. We stayed there for 2 nights, but no room Cleaning. Overall found it bit expensive compared to the price paid.

Good location, comfortable beds and continuously working Aircon. Also the view was good from the balcony. Breakfast had limited options was was very nice though.

Location is a bit more quiet which was nice, out the way if the heavily populated parts of the beach. This hotel is a smaller venue so not too many people to share the facilities with. The staff were super helpful too.

This hotel is great in a quiet area of hikkaduwa. It is a 5 min tuk tuk (500rs) from the main area though if you want more bars and cafes.

The hotel was lovely. Perfect for our family with the pool and directly on the beach. The decor was stylish. The staff were wonderful and so helpful. The family room had 2 big beds so our 3 children could share.

The room was fine, but we wished there was the option to book twin beds and not only double. Since there is only wifi in the common areas, we really missed some more comfy seating. The dining chairs were ekstremely uncomfortable. The hotel 'closes for the night' before 9PM, so it is not a place to 'hang out' in the evening, and it is 1-2 km from the main 'tourist area' in Hikkaduwa. The beach is not suitable for swimming, since the waves are to big/strong in that area of the beach

The one thing we were very disappointed about was the cleanliness of the bathroom towel linen… even though they were replaced daily, they were grubby & stained.

The breakfast was quite basic, and it didn't change for all three days. It would be nice to have more variety. Also, having no Wi-Fi in the room was a bit inconvenient; it would be great if they could add that for guests who need to stay connected.

I really liked staying at this hotel! It's right by the beach, so I could easily go for a swim and enjoy the waves. The pool was nice and clean(3ft-5.6ft), perfect for a relaxing day under the sun. Overall, a great place for a beach getaway with a cool pool to chill in!

Chairs in the dining area are really uncomfortable, no chair in the bedroom and on the bedroom terrace two lounges but no cushions. Breakfast was typical Sri Lankan English but no fruit juice, pepper and salt on table, only a small thing I know but when you ask for it by the time you get it your eggs are cold. Sometimes you don’t get a lot of tea and just a cup, most if us are used to a mug and certainly a pain to keep asking for more tea and coffee.

It’s away from the hustle and bustle and only a short tuk tuk ride or walk into town. Staff friendly.
