The views are amazing, and there is a lovely terrace with tables and chairs to enjoy the view from. The family is very friendly and helpful. Very nice breakfast. Easy to refill drinking water from a Dispenser.

No kettle, tea in room, but when I asked, they brought this for me. so a Plus The water pressure is low, but this seems very common in guest houses.

Super in every way

Lovely, welcoming guesthouse. The balcony and its views are the highlight.

Only very minor things. The curtain in the kids bedroom didn’t fully close and there was some slight staining on our wall

Location was great, staff were very kind and allowed us to check in early with a welcome drink. Kindly arranged good value tuk tuks for visiting local attractions. Breakfast was large and extensive.

The room probably needed redecorating but it was ok. Shower water took a while to drain away too. No big deal though.

Peaceful location tucked away from the main street, but still within walking distance. Only took 5 mins to get to the main street and 10 mins to the railway station. Although, it is a climb to get to the main street once you leave the guesthouse. But it was well worth the stay. Food was great! Do try their curries and local breakfast. Hosts were extremely helpful and welcoming. They were able to help us arrange for transport to the various sights nearby so you need not have to haggle with the tuk tuk riders outside.

Great location close to the railway station. Easy to walk to and from with beautiful balcony views. The room was large as depicted the bathroom was one of the best we had in sri lanka nice hot water. We also ordered a dinner as well and it was well priced and delicious.

There is mould evident in the room and a damp smell which is clearly due to the humidity and the weather. It's unavoidable but it's hard not to notice. The wifi was also hit and miss, largely a miss.

Great hosts, very beautiful views, although mostly obscured by fog. Good breakfast, and the clean, new bathroom is appreciated.

The room was very humid, a bit stuffy. There was no mosquito net. The Wi-Fi didn't work well at all.

Such a beautiful place with the most lovely host and his family. Very comfortable room with a breathtaking view. The tea was amazing and so was the food the host family cooks. Very appreciative of the amazing hospitality and kindness we received. ♥️

The breakfast was delicious, and the view was absolutely stunning

We were disappointed with our stay due to the high humidity in the room, which made it uncomfortable. Additionally, both other guests and the host had a clear view into our room, so no real privacy.

Friendly & helpful host who arranged local tours & driver. Fresh delicious Sri Lankan meals, as requested. Close to town & ATM with a relaxing atmosphere & amazing view.

The view, cloud permitting, is fantastic and the family are very welcoming. The food is tasty and plentiful.

We understand that the climate is humid but the room felt a little damp, including the bed linen, from when we arrived. It seemed that the property generally was struggling with damp.
