No kettle, tea in room, but when I asked, they brought this for me. so a Plus The water pressure is low, but this seems very common in guest houses.

The views are amazing, and there is a lovely terrace with tables and chairs to enjoy the view from. The family is very friendly and helpful. Very nice breakfast. Easy to refill drinking water from a Dispenser.

The room probably needed redecorating but it was ok. Shower water took a while to drain away too. No big deal though.

Location was great, staff were very kind and allowed us to check in early with a welcome drink. Kindly arranged good value tuk tuks for visiting local attractions. Breakfast was large and extensive.

Peaceful location tucked away from the main street, but still within walking distance. Only took 5 mins to get to the main street and 10 mins to the railway station. Although, it is a climb to get to the main street once you leave the guesthouse. But it was well worth the stay. Food was great! Do try their curries and local breakfast. Hosts were extremely helpful and welcoming. They were able to help us arrange for transport to the various sights nearby so you need not have to haggle with the tuk tuk riders outside.

There is mould evident in the room and a damp smell which is clearly due to the humidity and the weather. It's unavoidable but it's hard not to notice. The wifi was also hit and miss, largely a miss.

Great location close to the railway station. Easy to walk to and from with beautiful balcony views. The room was large as depicted the bathroom was one of the best we had in sri lanka nice hot water. We also ordered a dinner as well and it was well priced and delicious.

The room was very humid, a bit stuffy. There was no mosquito net. The Wi-Fi didn't work well at all.

Polite and friendly hosts, very welcoming, not pushy at all. Away from the busy street. Very peaceful. Short walk to the main street, via a shortcut. Loved sitting at the balcony. Beautiful view. Everything was perfect. We were warm welcomed with a Sri Lankan tea. Owners are really lovely and helpful. The breakfast and dinner were extremely delicious. We had also trip to Lipton’s seat arranged by the host. The view from the common area is stunning. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Property is located in the walking distance from the rail station. Nothing to complain about - highly recommended :)
