It's an incredible place! The room was clean and comfortable, maintained daily. We were welcomed with cold coconut and the warmest smile I've ever seen. Hosts are very kind and caring, always looking out for you to make sure you're comfortable. The location is perfect for turtle watching and swimming, with lots of small shops and places to eat.

The air conditioners in Sri Lanka are all very noisy, but it's not your fault!

The location is very convenient. The beach outside here is suitable for surfing. Ten minutes' walk to the right is the turtle beach which suitable for snorkeling, there is also a big supermarket on the way. It takes another twenty minutes walk to a small fish and vegetable market. You can buy vegetables there and cook in the public kitchen on the second floor here .It's very convenient. But the best part was the owner Susan and Tushy! Thank you, Tushy who always smiles and Susan who is so warm-hearted. Thank you the unforgettable Friday night! You invited me and all the guests to have a big meal together and chat freely. It was such a happy time! I hope to have the chance to stay here again!

The accommodation is very centrally located and but also in a quiet side street. The beautifully furnished rooms, the green garden, the shared kitchen and the roof terrace immediately give you a wonderful feeling of being at home. Everything is super clean and is cleaned and aired daily. The owners are incredibly kind and helpful. It quickly felt as if we had known them for years, as they really put so much heart into their work. We will definitely come back.

This little guesthouse is one of the warmest and friendliest places i have been. Rooms are spotless, wifi is excellent and location is good. But its the owners that really make you want to return. Thanks for making me feel welcome and at home and taking care of me when needed.

The property was central to where we wanted to be, if my sister had not have hurt her foot we could have walked to most places, but because she did all we had to do was walk outside and a tuk tuk was always available!

They tidied the room every day we stayed which was a nice surprise as I haven't seen that in any other place we stayed out during our 3 weeks in Sri Lanka. The place is great, even better than i expected. The stuff was absolutely great and super helpful, room was comfy, big enough for two and mini fridge in the room was definitely a plus++ FIBER INTERNET was great as i was a travelling for business also, so needed releable and fast enough WIFI. No problems with that at all. All and over super nice place to stay, HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone to stay even for longer period of time. Unfortunately i only had time for 2 nights, but i could easily stay there for a month! Beach so close, all the beast restaurants in area just walk away, its was just perfect. 10/10 stars to this place. Highly recommend! Absolutely nothing bad to say. Book and enjoy :)

Nothing, it was perfect. There was no mosquito nest if it is important for someone. We were there in the beginning of January and we didn’t have any problems with mosquitos.

The bed was hard to my taste but the comfortable pillow balanced it out after a few nights.

Amazing accommodation and amazing hosts! 2min walk to the beach and tucked away from road noise. Accomodation standard is the perfect mix of Western and Eastern world. Spacious common kitchen with everything you need and rooftop. Nice details with a private mini fridge in the room and earplugs for those bothered by the train nearby. The kindness of the hosts in unmatchable!

We stayed 3 nights, quality - price is great. Bedrooms and bed are big and daily cleaned. Location perfect, near to the beach and main surf spots. But the best overall are the hosts, amazing people, really warm, kind, welcoming and smily. They even invited us one night to have dinner with them (food was amazing). House is very stylish and super modern,hidden inside lovely green garden with palm trees. Rooms have all the equipments you need.Theyre very cozy and also spacious! We would like to thank owners for perfect homestay. Everybody was very friendly and polite, so it creates an atmosphere of good relaxation and a great mood. Everything is clean, comfortable and tastefully done. Nice design, good furniture, everyday cleaning, good wi-fi. We liked to sit on the rooftop or private balcony area every day.
