It's an extreme end of Glenfall Road and hence, this exercise of arranging a Tuk Tuk everytime (coz my parents can't walk 800 metres everytime) wasn't a good experience and somehow, that's the only unpleasant part of the stay. I think it's not an issue at all for young people.

I truly.liked that the Facility was well equipped. Bed and pillows were very comfortable with good quality linen, only suggestion that every room should've an extra blanket kept in the cupboard as it truly gets very cold in the night. Washroom had very good supply of Hot water and was clean and spacious. Linen again was spotless and good quality. Has an elevator and helpful for my Senior Citizen parents. Breakfast is adequate and they make it fresh, hence no problems with quality.

It’s not super close to the city center however it’s easy reachable with a 5min tuktuk ride. Breakfast could have been nicer with more choices.

A lovely, clean hotel with fabulous, friendly staff. Great amenities and spotlessly clean. The breakfasts were really generous and the lifts were very welcomed! A nice 10 minute stroll into town.

The staff was very friendly and organized a tuk-tuk ride for us. They also prepared a delicious breakfast featuring local dishes. The room was clean, the view was beautiful, and the bed was comfortable. We had a great time there and highly recommend it!

Comfortable stay overall. I asked for some help to get laundry done and this ended up being much more than quoted. Not their fault as done by a 3rd party company, but would recommend taking laundry yourself instead.

Staff was super attentive. I had an online meeting and since my neighbours were a bit noise they allow me to go temporary to another room to have the meeting. They also arranged the transportation to the train station which was quite early in the morning.

Rooms seem to be bigger in booking.com photos. Curtains are non blackout and the property is sun facing in the morning. Hotel does not have food service/central kitchen.

Well maintained, clean property, large decent rooms, great value for money, nothing fancy but does the job. Our room had a kitchenette which was super handy. The staff were super helpful. The manager Kumarsiri and the chef/staff Praveen went out of their way to take care of us.

A bit hard to find - perhaps more signage on the roads leading to it would help? Google maps also knew the way

Hotel was very new so everything was fresh , new sheets , towels new everything, Kappilan was excellent on our 1st evening we had a issue with the TV he spent a long time trying to to resolve it for us , in the end the hotel owner rang to apologise and offered us a complementary breakfast the following morning which was excellent.

Lovely room and very nice host, great for one night passing through. I chose it as it feels more like a nice apartment than the odd colonial style buildings around. I had beautiful morning light in the room.
