Everything was perfect, the experience was amazing and the staff was highly professional and always at disposal. We would only suggest improve the breakfast with a wider proposal and variety of dishes.

Very peaceful place. Nice pool and great beach access. Room is clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helped arrange our snorkeling trip. Food was tasty and you can choose between 4-5 dishes per meal

Be aware this is not tour typical resort but rather a place to relax in serenity. We definitely enjoyed it.

The rooms were very comfortable and had a nice outside area. The food was very good. The best thing though were the staff. Every single one of them was wonderful

Nicely situated by the beach. Clean. Peaceful far from everything. Pleasant staff.

Food not so interesting and too expensive for what you got (breakfast quite dull and not much variation - and why serve burned pancakes? - and curry dishes quite bland). Too few sunbeds. Strange no instant coffee and teabags in rooms when there are cups and waterboiler - also missed body wash and shampoo. And why no credit card facilities?

Very comfortable and aesthetic resort right next to the beach. Personnel was very friendly and helpful, and dinner tasted really good (albeit not the cheapest). Pool area is also very comfortable and the beach is practically a private beach. Our room was very spacious.

The beds weren't the most comfortable

Absolutely amazing experience! We initially booked for just one night, but upon arrival, we instantly fell in love with the place and decided to extend our stay until the end of our vacation. Only the luxury villa was available for the remaining days, and the hotel kindly offered us a generous discount. The location is perfect—right by the beach with soft, clean sand. The pool is fantastic, and there’s a lovely garden area where you can relax on swan floats under the trees. The restaurant exceeded our expectations with delicious food, and the cocktail bar was a true highlight—something that’s often missing in Sri Lanka. A truly unforgettable stay. Highly recommended!

Staff was amazing, pool and beach area was really nice and clean.

The rooms were a bit run-down and the owner was rude to our guide.

If you are looking for a more secluded, relaxing break away, to literally tap out, then this is the place to stay. What will be memorable about our stay will be the beach out front- you pretty much have it to yourself and the small number of people who stay at 108 Palms. The beach is kept clean of all rubbish, the water is warm and inviting. The best thing is that the beach is right on your door step. Inside the property, it is very relaxing. Theres a pool and hammocks to relax in. The staff go to great lengths to keep the property tidy, and well maintained. All the staff are kind, caring and genuinely good people. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owners who were there throughout our stay (5 nights). The owners care about what they have created, and are passionate about looking out for the locals. Thank you Mark, and all your beautiful staff who made our stay at 108 Palms resort perfect. We will be back!

There was nothing we did not like. We like the rustic and relaxing vibe which is what the accommodation is like. It’s not a flash upmarket sort of place so don’t go in with expectations. Go there to ‘get away’, and you will not be disappointed.

The 108 Palms Beach Resort has a beautiful property with a lovely garden and plenty of spots to relax. We also really enjoyed the dinner. It would have been nice to have room service, though. Unfortunately, our room wasn’t cleaned for several days, which was a bit disappointing.

The place is very well maintained and looked after. The garden and the „lonely“ and unnamed beach is just so beautiful! You get the enjoy all this beauty by yourself and this is honestly just amazing. The room has a really nice design, aswell as good furniture. You are asked if you want a cleaning service and that’s a big plus in my opinion, since it’s not necessary to have the room cleaned everyday and get to decide it for yourself. The staff and the owner are such nice and welcoming people, always up for a talk and listen carefully to your concerns and wishes. If you ask them, they can always provide you with interesting facts about the country and places to go and visit. Sometimes they host a bonfire at the beach, which is just lovely. It’s also a great opportunity to get to know everyone and just spend a really cozy and peaceful evening at the beach after dinner. Also available to drive you around in their own TukTuk and wait for you for very reasonable prices. The food is just excellent, big thank you to the cook, always gives his best to deliver a great meal. In the end this stay is really worth the money. Overall a one of a kind experience. Definitely looking forward to coming back here!

A beautiful location with a beautiful beach a stone throw away. The beach was so quiet it was like having your own private beach. The staff were amazing and the chef was the cherry on top his food was outstanding in presentation and taste with a good mix of sri lankan and western food available.

Location is top! Beautiful place, nice garden, nice pool, very friendly staff, hammocks under the palm trees are nice, beach beds, wonderful beach where you can have a good swim, also with children. People offered a good service anytime, assisting with getting a tuk tuk or other transport. Rooms: Fridge, shelves and cleanliness were a plus, also the small terrace with chairs.

Sri Lankan food was mostly very good (more of that please!), European style food less tasty, but okay, so we would prefer more of the local dishes. AC would need a bit of maintenance, simple stuff like wall hooks or bedside lamps would be nice. It could be clearer in the description that the bungalow is shared, we had expected to have one bungalow for 4 people as it says „bungalow“ and not rooms in the booking, which was no problem at all with lovely neighbors, but you should know this. However, as it was all in all such a beautiful location, our stay was wonderful.

Lovely place. A bit further from Uppuveli but very clean and quiet. The nature is very cherished in the property , nice pool, private part of the beach , practically no people there. Breakfast was nice and different every day, unlike in all other hotels we stayed. Nice big rooms , a fridge is a bonus, to keep water and fruit cold.

Location. Private access to the beach. Beach is very clean in May when we are visiting. Staffs are very friendly and supportive, right to the point. Food. Breakfast are very nice with varieties. We stayed three days. All different and always small surprise to us. The first day was the local loft bread, the 2nd is the Roti bread and the cream grilled potato. The third day was the banana cereals. I will add some photos of Breakfast and dinner. The price is at middle level of tricomalee with is more expensive then sigiriya and Ella for example. However the quality price value are still good. Lunch and Dinner menu changes daily, a reservation is needed. All freshly cooked from the neat kitchen, Garden. Very clean and neat garden with a lot of trees and flowers. Well maitained.

Some renew work could be done in the wash room. However it did not bother us during our stay.

Such a peaceful and delightful find on our trip, Zen private beach with none of the riff raff of the other local beaches, only a 6 min drive into the main town ( Tuk Tula available) Great food & even greater staff. Low key don’t want others to find out about this gem.

    Nothing.
