    “We were honestly a little nervous before coming to Crystal Springs Hotel, Ella because some of the reviews we read online made us doubt our choice. But once we arrived, we realized those reviews were not true at all. From the moment we stepped in, the staff welcomed us warmly and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and had a lovely atmosphere with beautiful views. Everything was well maintained, and we didn’t face any of the issues mentioned in the negative reviews. The service was excellent – friendly, professional, and always available to help. What really stood out was the peaceful environment and the natural beauty surrounding the hotel, making our stay in Ella extra special. We are so glad we didn’t let the misleading reviews scare us away, because this hotel truly gave us a wonderful experience. Highly recommend Crystal Springs Hotel to anyone visiting Ella!”
