How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

20 minute walk from Schaan Interchange (bus station) and not alot in the immediate area so probably best visited with a car
Hotel on the 5th floor of an office block in an industrial area but with beautiful views over the mountains Great recently refurbished rooms- very comfortable Good breakfast included

Could have slept in complete darkness if the switches were not illuminated
Very convenient accommodation, easy check-in, big rooms with all required facilities, breakfast with pretty much everything, and the view toward the mountains!

The bed was horrible. Every time you moved an inch, it squeaked like crazy. My wife didn't sleep at all and it woke the baby up several times.
Smooth check-in and communication. Very clean.

Distance from town centre was further than expected. Plus no public transport Sunday made it more difficult. Plus having no reception staff was not ideal

Easy check-in no need of a contact! The same with a check-out. One of the biggest pluses were the view outside the windows! Very beautiful!

Nothing really.
A very clean and modern hotel. I programmed physical key cards which was easy to do. Situated on 5th floor of a building on an industrial estate with great views. Simple but adequate buffet breakfast (no hot food), and with coffee/water machine that is included and on all day in clean communal breakfast room. Good sized very modern clean and comfortable room with great shower. It is a 1 mile walk along a quiet path/road to the lovely Schaan where there is a bus station with regular buses for the 10 minute ride to Vaduz. Car parking right outside.

Breakfast was limited choice. Location is out of the way, with minimal choices to eat or drink anywhere near the hotel. There is a Coop but it's a 20 minute walk.
Beautiful view of the mountains surrounding Schaan. The check in was very easy, after doing online. Beds were very comfy and the room was modernised. You can get the bus into Vaduz (about 15 mins), but the stop is around a 10 minute walk away.

The location is very remote, with nothing in walking distance so you need transport to go anywhere.
A very spacious room in a very clean building. Very quiet at night. It was a self-checkin without any problems to get into our room.

Parking - yes there are a few parking spots but the sign said it’s only free until 8 PM. However, there were 4-5 other spots right next to it which were free all day so luckily I manage to park there. No AC in the room (which I knew about in advance) but if you open the window bugs are coming in - so it’s a trade off.
The online check in experience was smooth and efficient so I don’t understand other people’s negative comments about it here - but maybe it’s just me. Other than that - the room was clean and modern with all the essentials. Breakfast was simple and good. Overall good stay.

Personally if I went again I would stay in Buchs or Vaduz. It was a lovely area but if using it as a base to travel around, it was a little remote.
Absolutely stunning views, very comfortable room, lovely breakfast and easy check in and out. Rooms were so quiet and clean.
