The room is quite basic and has no views, but you can hang out in the living area.

Very well located for the local beach and Friday Night Party. Gros Inlet is charming and you are right in the middle of everything here. It's not full of tourists and you get a better sense of local community. Julian is very nice and will help with anything you need.

As with all budget accomodation in the islands it is basic so don’t expect the luxury features of a dedicated hotel. Situated in a residential setting which is a bit run down.

Julian was a great host happy to run me into town for a SIM card. Real handy to the Friday night party which is a must do. It is clean but basic easy going type of place.

The apartments are in a very convenient location with great aircon. The best thing about the place is the host ,, so warm and welcoming and happy to help with ideas where to eat good real food nearby

Card machine did not work so I had to pay cash Some hairs in the bathroom, but otherwise clean Was called at 6am one day to finish payment (see above), but people rise early here!

Comfortable bed with air con Good area, close to bars and the street party, walking distance to other things Julian was helpful (as long as you didn't ask him too many questions haha). He also kindly dropped me off at Pigeon Bay one day and told me about the area, and tried to help me find a new place to stay when my reservation ended

The kitchen was clean but the sink was a little dirty but it could be from one of the guests. Also, the door to the bedroom looks a little open when it is closed.

The host was so down to earth and easy going. The room had the AC on and TV waiting for us. What I also like is that it seems Mr. Julian is doing most of the work, if not all of it. He was accommodating because we had a zoom meeting around the time of check out but he allowed us to stay the few minutes extra without charge. Overall, it was a great night stay.

As per the description on booking.com it stated 10 mins walk to pigeon island !! rather, 10 minute dive and a hour minimum walk in the baking sun and no shade!! - the hotelier was somewhat surprised. Photo on Booking.com appears more exaggerated. The whole facility requires some home comforts/tlc and cleaning, I would also suggest making the reception area into a proper welcoming experience as first impressions do last. A good deep kitchen clean - get rid of the mattress in the lounge and for safety try relocate the extension lead plugs - out of sight.

Relatively spacious for 3 persons, nice size rooms with aircon. Central location and close to bus stop. Jovial hotelier.

Loved it. Great supurb host, very helpful and proactive to make sure I could get to Gros islet via A1 bus etc. Very flexible with timings. Great real local guest house in the middle of the village metres from the bus route from Castries. Laundromat, small bars and small shops nearby. Lovely laid back local vibe on the streets with the public beach handy. Perfect if joining or leaving a boat in Rodney bay.

Everything was good for us

Very good value for money . Rooms were basic but with air conditioning and TV. Everything was clean and perfect for our needs. The host Julian was very friendly and helpful and even offered to drive us to nearby attractions and our next destination. Amazing . The location of the house is one street away from the famous Friday night street party but far enough away not to cause a problem . Great place. We would go back.
